Great little unit and a great price. Handy and dandy.

I have heavy traffic living with 5 Adults and 2 cats. The soil level wasn't cutting out with my other vacuum. I have pet sitted and found that the shark was the best. I brought it home, very light weight. Not hard to put together. Makes the carpet loo like it's never been touched!

Best Vacuum out there for the money. we bought it for upstairs use to keep from lugging one up and down the stairs. I got to say this vacuum does a remarkable job. we are sold on Shark products. Thank Best Buy

I was looking at this versus some cheaper models at other locations and I am glad I made this decision. Portability is excellent for going up and down stairs and cleaning hard to reach areas. Cleaning/emptying the dust trap couldn't be easier and suction power is excellent!

The first time i used this Shark Navigator I was absolutely shocked at the amount of dirt that came out of my throw rug and carpets. Only negative is that there is no on-board storage for the Turbo Brush or the Appliance Wand both of which are great tools that will be used often.

Just received so can't state overall woritness of the vacuum life however I love the settings for hardwood or carpet, it was easy to install, no screw drivers needed I had it put togeth in under 10 minutes and was using it. Suction was good and I love the long hose adaptar so far GREAT item

The Vacuum works well but my review is much lower because the delivery was horrible!! I could have picked it up from the store, but the Ad stated 2-day delivery, but it took about a week.

we vacuumed with our kirby and went back over it right after pulling this vacuum out of the box and was blown away by how much stuff it picked up. leaves carpet fluffy and clean looking. vacuum head slighty small but able to reach in tight spots.

Lighter is weight, easy to carry, It makes vacuuming steps easy.

So far so good I received my Shark Navagator Lift -Away DLX on October 30,2020 and used it for the first time tonight it was easy to assemble and had good suction fast delivery it is a snit top heavy haven’t used the lift away yet it was easy to empty the dirt bought on sale

This vacuum works great in my house-I have mostly tile floors with some big rugs. You don't have to stop to go from rug to bare floor, etc. I have 2 dogs and live in a dusty area, and this vac picks up all of it super well. You do have to empty it each time but thats easy too and not messy at all.

The product is lightweight and powerful enough for hardwood floors and carpeted areas.

Pros: Works great easy to use. Cons: I wish the cord was longer

I had been using a Rainbow vacuum for 20 years and was a solid beast. I think this Shark only feels the tiniest bit clunky because it's so much lighter than the Rainbow and I just need to get used to it. A couple friends highly recommended this vacuum and that's why I chose to buy it.

Light weight...Easy to use and light.the best is bagless.

Great vacuum for bare floors or carpets. Have two cats in our house and this vacuum will pick up all the cat hair with or without the power pet hair attachment. No problems so far, just have to be care full to keep it from tipping over. It's a little top heavy.

Works well and allows me to get angles i couldnt get with my lrevious vacuum

great vacuum, sucks like a champ, easy to operate, just wish I didn't have to empty it so often. Picked this model because it was well-rated and had a larger dust capacity than the older Shark NV105 that I was using. But still have to frequently empty it so I guess that is just the amount of dust/dirt tracked into my living room.
