Awesome sweeper. Has great suction. Excellent for hard and carpet floors

I love how this vacuum works on the carpet throughout the house but it does not work for rugs. The suction is too strong that it inly sucks up the rugs, even in the first setting. Other than that it’s nice and easy to use.

It's a very good vacuum cheap when I get them and the insurance is awesome

Easy to use and Lots of suction as described. Only drawback is that it's a bit awkward to move around sometimes. With the floor sweeper on it tends to fall over and separate, and with it off you need to hand carry the canister. But I spent 3 times more on a Dyson and this Shark works just as well in doing the job.

Great vacuum for the price. Works great on hardwood and carpet. Would recommend

I have three stories of carpeted stairs AND own a long haired cat. To say the least, that's a lot of work. The canister comes off the Shark Vacuum making it easy to handle on the stairs. Only draw back is the cat hair can get tangled up on the rollers on the handheld attachment. I suspect this would be the case on ANY vacuum. Has great suction too!

A wonderful lightweight vacuum...picks up dog and cat hair wonderfully...not bulky so easily stored. Only thing I don't love is that 2 of the extension pieces don't store on the vacuum so have to keep them in a handy place, but not a deal breaker at all. Love Shark!

I love this vacuum. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. Great for use on stairs. I would definitely recommend this to friends. Thinking about purchasing another one for my mom as hers is way to heavy for her.

I bought this item about a month ago, the first few times were a little hard to use because you feel that it was catching the floor matt, but after few uses it become easy. It's light andhas good suction power.

I've had a Shark Navigator and this is my second purchase. The suction is superb. It does tend to tip over when using the attachments and it does take a bit of elbow grease to vacuum on a carpet but I guess that's because of the super suction. I would buy again.

I love this vacuum! I first bought it mainly because of my fur babies hair that gets everywhere, but I use it for every thing now. It’s easy to use and definitely worth the cost.

very strong suction, easy to maneuver, does exactly what's expected. don't find it heavy at all; people complaining about weight must be some wimpy trolls. service at Best Buy was outstanding and the 20% off coupon I receive in the mail almost monthly is always clutch.

This is a great vacuum if you have a family and don't want too spend too much on a household item... Does the work, very user friendly and good size to store in right places. Love how you can pull out the canister and just open it straight into the trash. No mess.

I really enjoy this vacuum, I just wish it was a little bigger to cut down on the time it takes for wide open areas, but it does come in handy for tight spaces. The canister is a little small as well, though that is minor.

Small and compact compared to my old Dyson but wow does it work better! This thing gets ALL my pet hair with ease! My Dyson Animal use to struggle to get it all. We have three large long hair dogs and they shed like crazy!

My wife wanted an upright vacuum with attachments. I wanted one I could detach and be more mobile with; utilizing it as a duster and furniture cleaner as well as a floor vacuum. This model provided us with both options. Shark is a solid performer.
