I researched many vacuums and this is a great purchase. It is very mobile and the accessories make it very easy on my back and getting to the hard to reach places. It doesn't blow dust around and picks up everything. I am really loving it!

We looked at numerous vacuum cleaners prior to buying this one. We needed one that could handle thick carpeting as well as handle wood floors. This one does the trick. Only complaint is the switch to get the vacuum handle to lower which is operated by your left foot is difficult to get to engage into the on position.

The vacuum works well on my new vinyl plank floors with he beater bar off. When I used it on the area rug with the beater on, it really flew. It required very little effort on the rug.

Efficient vacuum but it can get a bit annoying to empty out the canister after every single use since the canister is so small. Overall, great value if you can get it on sale like I did.

I liked this vacuum so much, I purchased a second one for my father's house. Actually, the first one was supposed to be for his house, but I liked it so much, I kept it and purchased a second one. It really cleans and is light weight at a god price.

I would definitely recommend this against my Dyson. This vacuum cleaner definitely stacks up against my Dyson Ball. I particularly liked how the air does not escape the vacuum, a sealed system.

great for the money and always fighting over who gets to operate it. that is family love. may have to go buy another one to have love in this family.

this vacuum does a great job at getting dog hair up off hardwood floors. I have had other vacuums that say they are great for this job, but all they do is blow it around! This is light weight and swivels to get in those hard to reach spot. Awesome vacuum! I love it!

This vacuum was a pleasant surprise. My floors are cleaner now than I can remember. Easily change from carpet to hard surface and maneuverability is excellent.

We switched from a Dyson to Shark due when you use the Dyson hose and the unit especially on steps and up high... weird for us pointed plastic we always tried to grab and now the Dyson hose has broke where it is pulling at the unit. So we researched and tried in the store and then picked one up. Problems on steps and up high are solved. other good features as well like the INCREDIBLE long skinny wand - Why did it take so long for a company to include this - I mean who pulls their refrig and oven and couches out every time you vacuum??? We dont now with Shark.

This vacuum was worth the price. Works great on carpets snd floors.

After getting tired of continually buying cheap vacuums I decided to invest in a better one and this product is lightweight and works like a charm. It’s also easy to assemble and has a long cord that makes cleaning each room with ease.

Good vaccum and great suction. love the suction release feature. my only complaint (not really complaint) so far is the narrow cleaning path although this makes it easier to get between table,chair legs, etc. cant beat the bang for the buck!

This is the second shark navigator I have owned. The first one I used for about 5 or 6 years and never had a complaint. The new one is working great as well! Would recommend!!
