ABSOLUTELY LOVE SHARK, Once you use a shark, nothing else will do. I have 2 dogs, and you'd never know it, thanks to this machine ! :-)

It is a very good vacuum, although it took me awhile to assemble it.It has a very good suction,but too much for small rugs. I am still getting used to it but I believe it was the right choice.

So, while thos vacuum has an overwhelming amount of positive reviews, unfortunately, this will not be one. Roller motor died, not even a year yet, unacceptable. Troed to open the base so 8 can see what the issue is, i camnot seem to find the ghe right hex, allen wrench for whatever these screws are. I agree with a lot of other reviews fhat the attachments are horrible and lacking as well as the ridiculous detachment of parts, but I kept it anyway because the suction was strong. So take heed Shark and beat buy, this is am item thay I have not had for even a year and it's going in the garage. What does thay meab for you bothe manufacture and retailer? For tha starters I always bought hoovers with Bissell a second. Seems I was wrong to switch to a shark. Best buy, I ha e always biught from Amazon but have tried to give my local businessy business as I believe in a gair olaying field. Again, Ibguess I was wring there as well. Had I bought this from Amazon I guarantee to you I would be able to return it even now almost a yr later.

Last one we had served the purpose but this one is very sturdy and sucks all the dirt and cat hair from the carpet Additionally the flexibility makes it so convenient to reach under the furniture

I really like all of the ways you can use the vacuum. It has a bunch of different ways to detach so you can use it for a variety of cleaning needs. It has great suction and is even great on hardwood floors.

This vacuum handles corners very well. it is lightweight with good suction. I wish the attachment storage was designed better. I find them to be a bit clumsy- otherwise, I am very pleased.

Great product, if you have pets - this is a no-brainer. If you have lazy college kids, it's light enough to bring to campus (or to have your youngest child learn to vacuum). Cheers!

this was by far the best vacuum i have ever purchased. the suction is great. cleaned the carpet right after i used my old vacuum cleaner and still filled up my canister....great vacuum cleaner

I bought this vaccum because I'm renovating an older home. I needed something that had good suction to get pet hair, dust, dirt, and cobwebs. This shark vaccum worked wonders.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it, she raves about the strength of the vacuum and the ease of its use, in her words "it almost drives itself".

I vacuum regularly, but the first time using this new Shark vacuum showed me what I'd been missing. A quick sweep picks up tons of dust and hair.

Great improvement over previous vacuum. Carpets look thoroughly cleaned. Lighter weight makes it easier to maneuver. Attachment works well for vacuuming pet hair from furniture.

In love with this vacuum. Not too heavy and very easy to maneuver. Attachments work great as well. My only warning would be for people with really long hair as it can get wrapped around this bristles.

much better design than the other shark model we had before. This one is fairly lightweight and handles really well.

The only thing I can say is I wish I got it sooner. I have 2 rottweilers and they shed but nobody can tell when they come over to visit our house now

Lighter and easier to use than the last one I had. I was told the Shark was good. They were right. The filter needs cleaned alot, but my house is well lived in as well.

Purchased based off of employee recommendation. Couldn't be happier. Other vacuums may have more bells and whistles... but this vacuum suck well and is incredibly easy to carry.

Best Buy was very helpful in making my purchase. I am also pleased with the vacuum. The base of the vacuum is not as wide as my previous vacuum. The suction on the vacuum is very good and easy to clean .
