We bought this for our daughter who was moving into her new condo. It works very well both on hard floors and carpet and is easy to use. She loves it.

So, while thos vacuum has an overwhelming amount of positive reviews, unfortunately, this will not be one. Roller motor died, not even a year yet, unacceptable. Troed to open the base so 8 can see what the issue is, i camnot seem to find the ghe right hex, allen wrench for whatever these screws are. I agree with a lot of other reviews fhat the attachments are horrible and lacking as well as the ridiculous detachment of parts, but I kept it anyway because the suction was strong. So take heed Shark and beat buy, this is am item thay I have not had for even a year and it's going in the garage. What does thay meab for you bothe manufacture and retailer? For tha starters I always bought hoovers with Bissell a second. Seems I was wrong to switch to a shark. Best buy, I ha e always biught from Amazon but have tried to give my local businessy business as I believe in a gair olaying field. Again, Ibguess I was wring there as well. Had I bought this from Amazon I guarantee to you I would be able to return it even now almost a yr later.

This was my first shark i absolutely loved it!!!!!!!! But i purchased in march and its now july and no longer working . I passed my return date which sucks because as a shark it should last longer than 3 months. I have all tile in my home so its only used on one area rug. I love it i just wish it was still working.

I love this vacuum. It really sucks up dirt and hair from the carpet and the bare floor. You can decide how much suction power you want and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new vacuum.

I love this vacuum if that's possible - great suction - love that the handle angles - and the canister comes off the platform so you can do your stairs

Absolutely LOVE this vacuum. It's the best one I have gotten yet and I was really excited to try it out. It sucks really well and gets the job done!

I got this vacuum on a great deal and really didn’t expect much. But it has well exceeded my low expectations. If you can get it on sale, go for it. You won’t regret it.

Did some research on Shark Navigators then found this on sale Great suction which is adjustable Used it a couple of times so far. Recommend it to one of my daughters

Working well on carpet cleaning and dusting in general and to degree in some difficult areas. Appears to be relatively easy to empty dirt collection bowl

This is the second Shark we purchased. The first one got ruined when a worker decided to suck up sheetrock dust. This is one of the best vacuum for the price.

Shark vacuums are the best to me I bought two for me house one for downstairs and one for upstairs. They have the power you looking for you won’t be disappointed with this choice.

This vacuum has great suction power. The filter is easy to clean and replace. The canister is a little too heavy causing the vacuum to topple at times. Also it fills really quickly so not good for homes with lots of carpet.

Love the way the vac moves around the furniture. The suction is perfect and cleaning out the vac easy. Only downfall is the accessories are not very well thought out. The vac wants to fall over.

Swivels great into corners and hard to reach areas. Picks up cat fur and litter from shag carpet that my last vacuum simply couldn't shift. Easy to empty and lift apart for component use.

completely lifts away all dog hairs and dust, amazing suction and very easy to maneuver, also amazingly convenient that it's bagless and you can empty the canister without making a mess!

The suction on this model is very good. The biggest issue I have is the weight of the vacuum. It's definitely not your friend if you need to do things like vacuum the steps.

My wife couldn't be more happier with new her new vacuum. It pick up more dirt without having the same dirt leaking out into a dust storm. This will be the last vacuum my wife will have to buy.

Exactly as advertised. Replacing a vacuum that we've had for years isn't easy. The Shark vacuum performs on par with units costing much more. Let's see how it does in the long haul.
