I like this vacuum cleaner. I have an older Shark upright which I liked as well. The problem is that the long term quality fails at several points (tubes at beginning, end and in the middle are prone to issues), and the cleaning is more work that a better design would allow. But, overall, I like the vacuum cleaner.

I love this vacuum! I had a Dyson before! I can’t believe how much dust was picked up by the shark that my dyson had not sucked up!

Strong and powerful. Like the way it turns so can vacuum underneath of counters and edges too.

I did not do any research prior to purchasing this vacuum. I bought it on recommendation of the staff at Best Buy. I think it was a good purchase.

This is a quality vacuum, with many useful attachments that you can seamlessly use as you clean your whole house. Definitely a great value.

Couldn't believe how strong the suction was . First time I used the Shark vacuum it pulled more dirt out of my rug than my old vacuum ever did.

Very good vacuum has great suction and moves very smoothly. My only gripe is that the vacuum is a bit heavy to pick up but still very satisfied with purchase overall.

The Shark Navigator is a great vacuum! It’s has multiple options to keep the whole house clean. The price is right.

I was really impressed with the power this vacuum packed. Could be that my old cleaner was a piece of crap. But I only tested a small portion of my bedroom and holy moly, I could not believe how much dust and stuff was sucked up. I started to question my cleaning regimen because I was embarrassed that my carpets were in that condition. At any rate, I highly recommend this vacuum. It does what it’s supposed to do and more.

We have a dog. So a lot of shedding. This vacuum does the job. But I wish that tool for cleaning furniture would be more wide. And i'd like to have couple of different tools.

Picks up most everything, great suction. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I would have liked a longer extension attachment.

It works very well on all my floors. It is easy to manage and to empty. I especially wanted the lift off canister and is doing the job well.

This vacuum is more powerful than my Dyson at a fraction of the price. So glad I bought this and not another pricey Dyson.

My previous vacuum was a 20 year old kirby. This shark vacuum cleans so much better then the kirby did.

powerful and versatile. great on rugs, wood floors, and furniture. easily and thoroughly picks up cat hair. very happy with our purchase.
