    I would have given this a 5/5 rating, except for the following issues I have for this vacuum, 1st it is louder than may other vacuums 2nd thing is that it doesn't have a place for all the attachments to fit. But by far this is one of the best vacuums I have ever owned. I'm a pet owner of different type of pets, and this is the first vacuum that really picks up all the hair and looks like I have actually vacuumed. I like the fact that there is 2 different ways to empty the canister!! This a great vacuum and I will definitely pay it again.
