    Light weight and easy to use on steps, but suction goes out easily. I have exchanged this same vacuum twice in 3 years, due to suction not working properly and switch button sparked to an orange color every time it was turned on with second vacuum.

    Very good vacuum. Went to this from the one with the ball. The old one was good too, but it got clogged too often. Used this one now for a month and no clogs.

    Motor quit after 7 weeks , took back to best buy they told me there was nothing they could do asi didn't purchase their warranty. So it lasted 7 weeks , i didn't think i needed a warranty for something that was basically new. Closing my best buy card now
