    This was a great buy. Only have carpeting on the second floor of my house and the staircase. The accessories that are included made cleaning the staircase effortless, the lift-a-way is awesome. I don't have pets to review how it does with pet hair, but with its power, I would suggest that it will get the job done.

    Gift for my daughter. She loves it and the features are exactly what she was looking for. I was very pleased at the price offered by Best Buy compared to other retailers. The best part was delivery was made within two days. Could not ask for any better product for the money and the service provided by Best Buy.

    This unit replaced an identical one that finally bit the dust (pun intended). Even though our home has a central vac system, we used this handy one almost exclusively, rather than dragging out the central vac hoses. Got the replacement at BB because of best price.
