Really bad on carpet or rugs

I liked how it felt on hardwood, but that’s all. I couldn’t vacuum rugs for the life of me, and got super sore after vacuuming carpet. I also got shocked three times while using the wand… why?? That’s unnecessary. The cord was weirdly placed too. If it wasn’t for the carpet and rug part I would keep it, but I can’t buy different vacuums for different functions. That’s too much.

I easily go from rug to tile and use it with my bigger cleanings. It's easy to maneuver and has a smooth release option for the dust. I bought it at regular price and then it went on sale a week later - Best Buy priced matched me and my final price was $107.00. Great deal.
