Good vacuum

I was forced to buy this one because Best Buy went against their own policy and wouldn't refund my 800.00 for a different vacuum so i had to get something on credit before they would give me any kind of refund.

Excellent customer service. Reported an intermittent noise and they sent me a new vacuum. Noise had nothing to due with the function. Do wish I got the one with a long handle attachment to reach higher. But this one takes care of all floors
