    Picks up all the cat and dog hair. Takes a while to get use to the swivel action. Excellent customer service. Reported an intermittent noise and they sent me a new vacuum. Noise had nothing to due with the function. Do wish I got the one with a long handle attachment to reach higher. But this one takes care of all floors

    This vacuum is fantastic! I bought one for my father and one for myself. My father's lost suction after a month of use, but luckily we had the Best Buy protection plan. Apparently they don't fix vacuums, they replace them. Sonny dad got a brand new vacuum and has had it for 2 years now with now issues.
