This is the second time I purchased this vacuum, just a newer version. The head swivels, has a great enhanced power feature & works GREAT on dog hair (we have 3 fur babies). Bought this for our soon to be nursery.

I love this vacuum. I vacuum with my everyday Shark, then go back over the carpets with this, and each time, I'm amazed at how much dirt comes up. Mond you now, I vacuum 3-4 times a week. Great investment.

Is it worth $200? Probably not. Bought on sale, with appliance coupon for under $130. It is better than the Hoover Air Pro for picking up animal hair. That's why I got it. Of course ALL new vacuums work great the first month, so jury is still out. Easy assembly. Easy cleaning. Would have done 5* IF it was a little wider. It's the narrowest one I've ever owned.

Gave this to my mother for Christmas and she loves using it.

This is NOT the Lift Away model. It is a cheap version that cannot handle "high" carpets, which is to say it cannot handle anything above cheap apartment carpet. Good mid level carpet will be a workout to get it to work. YOU MUST MANUALLY adjust the suction for carpets. The drive motor, if there is one (I'm assuming there is), is weak. I bought this thinking it was the Lift Away model that I had previously. It is definitely not. If you need a cheap allergen capturing vacuum and do not have high quality carpet, then this is for you. Otherwise find something else.

Better than Cheapo Walmart vaccum but really thought it would be A bit more durable and easier to clean out. If the hose gets plugged there’s too many pieces to take off the clear the hose. I have long hair and it does not run as it should after a couple months of use on our floors with cleaning after each use.

I love the Shark that I bought, it really picks up a lot of dirt.

It sucks well and cleans my carpet. Needs better attachment placement.

This was a great vacuum for my son's first apartment.

This vacuum on it's first day picked up so much dust out of the carpet it was unbelievable. I put the 5yr warranty on it from BestBuy just in case, but it seems to be a very strong, and durable vacuum. Easy to assemble.

After using several brand name vacuums, I switched to Shark based on the reviews. I was not let down. Hopefully, just like it is a superb vacuum, its durability will last long. Highly recommend it.

This vacuum cleans well and is a great value. My cleaners were Fraid to come clean due to COVID, so I was compelled to buy a new vacuum cleaner. I ordered and paid online and simply drove up to parking lot to pick up.

I bought this for my daughter who had an older unreliable sweeper. My wife and I own a Dyson and I think this is a much better buy with more features. If it holds up for years, it will have been a worth while purchase.
