We bought this a month ago and are still highly satisfied with its performance. We are a 3 cat family with mainly hard wood floors and rugs. The vacuum is excellent at picking up cat hair. It also lifts off completely so you can carry the vacuum and use it to clean upholstery or stairs.

I bought this as a replacement for an older shark vacuum. I was happy when I found out how much better it was than the old vacuum and I thought the old one worked very well. I'm very happy with this purchase and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

What a great device. Honestly, this is probably the best vacuum for the price. So many vacuums out there and after 6 months you can tell they just dont work the same. This one has so many features including a detachable handheld vacuum that it's worth it. Highly recommend this!

I like this product so much for myself that I purchased one as a gift for a dear friend who had moved from Chicago to Austin Texas without being able to take much with him. He needed a vacuum, and this was the best housewarming gift I could think of.

This product can hold a decent amount and is very easy to clean.

Needed a new shark bc my old one was the purple original. All i can say is that this vacuum has improved. My rugs (area) are super clean like brand new. Assemble in minutes. Price was spot on. However on sale or not this vac is a keeper!!!

It works great and sucks up everything as needed. It won't give up on you when you need it most. Easy to clean, easy to switch modes, and most of the power it delivers exceeds the price we paid for it.

There are many accessories with this vacuum yet no bags! The fact it is very good with dog hair and no bag was the main reason we got it. It gets the job done, but I must warn that the fist time we used it, we were shocked continuously. My husband ended up putting on a pair of gloves. As we've used it, there has been less shocking.

I purchased this vacuum and it worked well for the first three months, but then just stopped working one day! So we got another replacement, and that also stopped working within a month. The other thing that's a bit of a hassle is that the canister is so small.
