It works GREAT- especially if you have pets

This one moves and grooves with your turns which is a great asset. I do suggest cleaning out the canister a lot (mine I do every time I use it). It really helps.

There is a noise it makes when I'm pulling it backwards, hopinions that's not a problem. The width of the vachum is kind of small but I like it at times for in tight fits.

Only minor draw back is that it doesn't have accessory holders so you have to have them stored somewhere. I was surprised to see our "clean" carpet was actually not cleaned after what was picked up by the vacuum.

Good cleaning, a bit cheap

The included attachments are not particularly useful--it needs the rotating pet hair brush (not included), so in general it seems a bit cheap and incomplete.

Nimble and Powerful

This vacuum does a more than adequate job pulling up dirt and dust and is nimble enough to maneuver in and out of the tightest spaces.

Great power and versatility

Vacuumed a few days prior to getting this and it picked up a large amount of dirt right away. Being able to take it up my stairs was a huge help and wish i had got this earlier.

Great Vaccum! Worths every cent!

We returned that immediately and we decided to spend more and buy quality! And quality we have bought with this one! It's not cheap but it's worth it every cent spent!

Great vacuum

We loved it so much we bought a second. Replacement parts are hard to find, but we will be buying a new spindle and will continue to use the old one as well.
