I assumed Shark products were all great quality. But this particular one is very basic. After a few month of using it, it didn’t seem to pick up dirt anymore.

Why get a dyson when you can get this at half the cost!

I was a bit upset when I received it. I bought this specific vacuum because it had an under appliance attachment, but was sent one without that attachment. Called Best Buy And was told I’d need to take it to the store and swap it. Took it, and they said I’d have to call Shark. Took it back home, and Shark said they would send the attachment at no charge. Still waiting for it to come in. Hoping for the best since I really want this to be a win. Will change update and may be able to upgrade my rating when the attachment arrives.

Though it’s on the heavier side, this is a quality vacuum. Has many accessories & very convenient overall

Shark vacuums are all we use both for business and home. You cannot beat the value. I've owned Dyson's and for the money I prefer Shark by far!

Great vacuum for the money. It’s easy to turn with its swivel head. Small to get in those tough spaces.

Great wet and dry vacuum for the price. Picks up everything from the carpet to the hardwood floors

I like it, because there is a section you can use for just the stairs. You don't have to use the whole vaccum cleaner.

This vacuum picked up so much stuff out of my carpet....I used to vacuum several times a week and this new vacuum picked up stuff my old vacuum missed.

I love this vacuum i use it everyday. Easily clean up the stairs, under the couch. Love the extra tools as well. Its a little bit heavy for lift away though.

suction is good but lift-away is kinda clumsy. it seems like i'm fighting the vacuum. dirt wins again.

We love all of the Shark vacuums. This one is wonderful for transitioning from bare flooring to carpet.

Great vacuum. Small capacity, but have used mine for several months with roommates, never had carpets and rugs stay as clean as they are now.

I loke that its not too heavy and love that the hose and attachments are ready to just ve pulles out and used. Easy to clean dirt bucket too.

Great product for the price. We owned a dyson for 10 years, also a great vacuum and we were very pleased. The price is what prompted us to look at the shark. Sorry Dyson, please make your pricing more competive.
