This has been my favorite vacuum I've ever purchased hands down! It works great with dog hair and the attachments are super helpful. It's easy to use and light to carry. Definitely worth it!

Easy to use out of the box. The shark navigator is easy to use easy to keep clean and is very light. It’s easy to use on stairs and in small places. I had bought one of these for each of my homes and it is the only vacuum cleaner that I have used for the last five years. Good job shark. Easy to use vacuum that’s perfect for the multiple surfaces I have in my apartment (rugs, hardwood, carpet), and easily collects the dog hair and dirt tracked in routinely. Would recommend.

I bought this vacuum to replace a dyson that we had received as a gift. So far, it is comparable in performance. If there is difference in actual performance, I can't discern it based on everyday use. The detach feature is fine and it cleans very well. I would very much recommend this product.

I've had this vacuum for nearly a year now and it continues to be an outstanding buy. We wanted a vacuum with a higher level of filtration and power than what we had and this has proven to be the case. Even carpet that was thought to be "clean" will produce a lot of dust and dirt in the clear receiving canister. Vacuum has also proven to be maneuverable and versatile, due to the attached hose system and being able to turn the roller brush in the base on and off (so you have suction only if you use on non-carpet surfaces).

I was pleasantly pleased with this vacuum, it has alot of sucking power, its light, quiet & maneuverable. And for the price it can't be beat.

Purchased this on staff recommendation at Best Buy. One of the best purchases I made. Lightweight, powerful, easy to clean. Definitely recommend. Worth the money!

Just as marketed. The best part is the ease of use. The suction power is so intense - was surprised to see the amount of dirt is sucks up! Also not that very noisy. Great product.

Easy to use, excellent suction. Works well on carpet and bare floors. I have two dogs and it does a great job of cleaning up their fur. It's lightweight but sturdy.

The vacuum (floor and hose) both have good suction. However the main reason I bought this vacuum was to use the hose to get into hard to reach places, do window blinds, and especially clean the webs dirt and bugs out of my window sills and UNFORTUNATELY the hose doesn’t stretch very far nor will it fit in tight spaces, and the only two accessories that came with it don’t help with windowsills. I needed the one that looks like/has a moustache. I looked online and I can buy a Shark extension piece to make the hose longer and hopefully get into tighter spaces, and can also buy a moustache that may work but its going to cost me another $50+ dollars. I’m disappointed it wasn’t included and feel like I should’ve just bought a different vacuum altogether.

We purchased this particular model on sale the first time six months ago; we chose it because of the extra attachments that came with it. We really like it and have now purchased a second on for our upstairs. It is very light weight, picks up well and is easy to use. We purchased new carpet in one room and the suction works so well, we could not move the vacuum across the new carpet without reducing the suction using the dial on the top of the handle. The only thing different we would do, if the cost was cheaper, we would have purchased the power lift away model to handle the stairs and under furniture; otherwise we are really very happy with our decision.

This is a great vacuum. It is lightweight and powerful. What a difference from my old clunky one . It is so easy to get into right places too.

My pet hair Dyson broke and no one would fix it. I bought this at a fraction of the price and it's even better. More lightweight and better attachments. Easy to clean and picks up all the fur!

I absolutely love my Shark vacuum! It does an amazing job cleaning both my carpet and hard floors—everything looks spotless after just one pass. Very simple to put together. I used to own an expensive cordless that blew up when my son surprised us when we went away and cleaned his room. We went to a middle of the road corded one this time. We have wood floors, tiles and a few throw rugs. Very easily maneuverable and to do stairs. Love the attachments. And the suction power is awesome. I guess the only thing I don't like is that there are two attachments that don't go on the vacuum until you use them. We have to find a place to put them while not in use. I'll probably never use them because of that.

Light and Portable, very good suction and build quality. Compact we can keep it in the closet very neat.
