Good vacuum for most things.

Although, with having a very messy dog when he eats and getting dog food on the floor, this vacuum just refuses to pick it up. It just pushes it around. This happens on carpet and smooth floors. As far as normal vacuuming, it does a good job. And I like the narrower head.

Waste of Money

Am a little dissapointed with this vacuum

When you are vacuuming the container is designed with little room from where the the dirt enters container that you have to either keep emptying before full because the stuff gets stuck behind the opening. It also does not have the same suctioning power as my other Shark.It feels flimsie compared to other Shark products. I think I would have had my 1st Shark Navigater that I bought 15yrs ago for many more yrs if the wire didn't get pulled out by accident by a family member when they borrowed it. The only thing I do like about this one is you can release the canister to carry around when using on stairs.. higher places as well. Not really happy about this purchase.
