Too hard to push on higher pile carpet!

However not only is it hard to push on a pile carpet, it is also much more difficult to empty. The system to get the canister open is OK but it is so cloudy from the dirt that you have to "try" and clean it out after each emptying of it! Rather have vacuum bags to receive the dirt.

I didn't even touch anything I just turn and it works for 3 mins and suddenly it shot down grrr.

Hard to push on the carpet

Not fancy but good

We don't have wall to wall carpets throughout our house like some people do, so I can't say if it will die from over use, but it works for us. It isn't difficult to clean and the filters are washable, which is something I love. I hate buying filters for stuff.

Cleaned it out, washed filter religiously, emptied canister BEFORE it would get full, but to no avail! Tried every trick to get carpet roller to move, but nothing worked! An expensive lesson learned.
