This thing is amazing! Adjustable suction, easily unhook handle for detailed cleaning, easy to empty. I have to sometimes beat on the side of the container to unlodge dog hair from the side but minor inconvenience all things considered.

Suction was good for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, the vacuum broke. I called best buy to see if I can return it and they said no. They said their return policy is 15 days. Then they told me to call the company and they also said they won't accept it as a return. It only worked well for 3 weeks! That's it. Make sure you don't buy this vacuum. If you do buy a vacuum, make sure you buy it from a place that has a longer, more reasonable and understanding return policy. Definitely will not be buying electronics from Best buy again.

This vacuum gets the job done. It’s light weight and easy to use. My family has purchased this brand of vacuum before and they have never given us issues. I love the color and love the results.

We love the power that this vacuum has and all of the tools. However, we have 3 large dogs, that shed a lot, we should have gotten the bigger canister.

The Shark - Navigator Lift-Away Upright Vacuum is a good and powerful relatively lightweight vacuum. The cord is long, the handle is a comfortable height, and the vacuum swivels so it's easy to push and get around furniture. It has powerful suction and is height adjustable so it works well on different types and lengths of carpet. The roller can be turned off, which is convenient if you want to use it on bare floors or decorative carpeting with long tassels. Some things that I would have liked more of is on board tools, this only comes with 1 extender crevice tool and 1 little combo duster piece which I don't know what it's really called. The dirt cup is an ok size but of course space is taken up by the filter, and It's easy to empty. You can remove the whole center section of the vacuum and use it with the hose and extender crevice tool or other tool if you want to vacuum higher places like vents on a wall or ceiling fans, or go up the steps while vacuuming the baseboards, etc... Easy to use- makes vacuuming seem like less of a chore! It's been over a year since we got it Oct 2020, and it's still working just as well as it did the 1st time we used it, which is saying a lot because it has to keep up with the fur of 2 cats and 1 long hair dog that sheds a lot! We've gone through a bunch of vacuums, all brand names, thru the years, and this Shark Navigator Lift-Away Upright Vacuum is definitely the best one so far!

This is my 3rd Shark; because I love the ease of use, being able to clean and change the filters and how powerful it is. This particular vacuum lives at my vacation home, which was empty for 2 years and had a huge accumulation of dust. It has gotten a steady workout every time I'm there and does a great job. The only thing that I didn't pay attention to was that this particular vacuum has a shorter brush head, so it takes more time to vacuum large areas. But it has a good selection of accessories and I'm happy with the job it's done so far!

We love the vacuum, it is lightweight and even allows the kids to use it with ease.

This vacuum is quiet, it cleans up well, even near the walls and corners. It is heavier than I would expect from a lift-away vacuum but all-in-all a good buy!

The vacuum was chosen due to its lighter weight and has performed well. It has more suction power than I expected and it has many options with its attachments to handle a variety of jobs and floor types.

We have two dogs, one of which sheds a LOT. Her hair is a lighter color and our wood floors are dark, so her hair shows up very easily. We also have carpet floors. We have tried a few different vacuums but none have performed as well as this one. It has 2 different settings so it can be used on the carpet and wood floor. It's suction power is impressive - vacuuming on the carpet is almost a workout. It also has some nice attachments that get underneath furniture pretty well.

Bought on recommendation of online site. Easy to assemble. Works great on wood and carpet. Strong suction. Not heavy. Good attachments.

I have used many vacuums in the past. I have severe back problems and this is the lightest weight vacuum to date. It is so much easier to use, much better suction than my last one, easier to empty, and my girls are even excited to use it! (My 8 year old never vacuums and she and my 11 year old fight over who gets to use it-It's a miracle!!!) I look forward to purchasing other Shark products in the future and have even put a few on my Christmas wish list!

I'm not sure what makes this a "pet" vacuum but it works great for my apartment. It is tough to move sometimes, yes, but that's because it has easily adjustable suction. So when the going gets tough, the tough gets adjusted. The parts come apart very easy, and it's pretty light (for a late-20s male I guess). Emptying the canister is easy, everything got compacted. Supposedly good for allergies too? It did seem like nothing was shooting out the sides when vacuuming things like litter. Filters easy to access and clean. Got it 25% off for Black Friday in July sale, so far so good!

This thing is AMAZING! We have two big dogs who can shed like crazy. And it's not long hair, so it can be super difficult to clean up. I honestly thought I was going to have to get down on my hands and knees with a wet cloth to wipe all the fur off all the large rugs we have in our house. Until I tried this thing yesterday. Wow! Truth be told, I almost lost my grip on it when I first used the roller brush function - VERY powerful! However, my rugs look brand new! I love it! Absolutely a great purchase and I would recommend this to anyone.

Great suction, lightweight easy to maneuver. The attachments make for an all around great cleaning machine! Love that it is bagless-easy to empty.

Great vacuum. I like the convenience of removing the tank and being able to carry it around while using the hose attachment. The swivel design makes it easy to get around the furniture.

Nice and light, many attachments. Strong suction power. Only thing that bothers me is when emptying out the dirt cartridge, it tends to fly around.
