    no point in purchasing a GEEK SQUAD PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PLAN, cost you more to replace it than buying a new phone out right.

    The associates at the store were very unhelpful. After weeks of waiting on a replacement they sent me a virtual gift card. Wouldn't even return my money. Forced me to shop with them after terrible experience .

    Protection was cancelled before my first year was up due to replacement phone was not available. Will NEVER buy again and advise everyone else not to waste their money.

    Paid for the rapid replacement still hasn't came now 2 weeks ago. Was told at store it would take 2 or 3 days.

    I had a defective phone and they did not have any more when mine was defective so they sent me a gift card for the full price I paid for the phone. I choose another phone and also bought the warranty again

    I bought the Blackberry Keyone from BB in September. Recently I have been having issues, so opened a case with Geek Squad, since I bought the extra protection. The plan was they would send me a replacement phone, then I would send the phone back. A day later, I received an email saying they were unable to replace the phone and they would present me with a gift card, so I could go purchase a new phone. I received the gift card, but only for the amount of the phone, apparently the warranty doesn't transfer nor do you get refunded the portion that isn't used. This leaves me questioning the point of paying the extra money for an extended warranty, when the company might not be able to replace the phone, then tells you that you have to pay the warranty in full again, "because its in the terms and conditions". So, just be mindful, that if they can't replace your phone, you will have to buy the warranty all over again. And for them to tell me its a better deal? I definitely have to disagree there.. I would rather have a replacement phone and save a couple hundred bucks. My bad for not reading the fine print...
