    Did not purchase a warranty with my other phone and could have used it. Feel safer now that I have protection for my phone if and when I should need it.

    Salesman told me that the protection was for one year and if anything was to happen to phone I would get a new one at the store all lies they want 200 service fee I will not shop at best buy any longer Amazon from now no out

    Could Not Transfer!

    I brought this protection for the Blu phone. Could not stand the phone so I went back and brought a different phone. Could not trade in the Blu phone and could not transfer protection plan or get a refund.

    I was undecided if I should get the protection or not, my husband convinced me to. I dropped my phone and the speaker stoped working, they fixed at no cost and they offered to give me a phone while mine was being fixed!!
