now days most things with a transformer plug . that charge like your cell phone or tablet this outlet makes it so you can plug them in with space between plugs , cord is ample enough to find a spot hopefully to put in a convenient place to utilize

Our old one we had before we got this one was a cheap and smaller one and it burnt out so we got this one that a Best Buy employee told us was a good one and so far it has done a great job.

You can't complain when something actually does what it says it will do. This surge protector accommodates for plenty of equipment on one unit including those pesky transformers that take up so much space and too often make multiple outlets unuseable. The offset plug is also a thoughtful feature that allows you to use your secondary wall outlet for other things instead of making it inaccessible. If you need a new surge protector...and it's wise to replace them every few years or so, this is a great choice to handle the task!

More than enough outlets to take care of all the electonics connected to my tv. The four ac adapter outlets let you use the entire stip. Great design.

An unintended benefit of this is the indicator light. We found that some of our outlets got a green light - all good - others were yellow. With the nice long cord, we found a "green" outlet that worked great for our entertainment center.

I lost my last computer to a power surge. This is a must have.

This is a great value for the number and type of adapters. I live in an old house where the power is always kicking and messing up my adapters. I haven't had any issues with his adapter after 2 months of use.

Adding additional equipment to the TV and cable box I needed more outlet space. I absolutely love this outlet. It gives you the opportunity to plug in larger / odd shaped plugs along with regular plugs. Absolutely perfect for my needs.

I was installing some stereo equipment in an area that was not very accessible so I wanted to make sure that I had enough outlets for future expansion AND that at least some of the outlets were suitable for the "wall warts" that seem to come with a lot of equipment these days. This unit really fit the bill. I have had NO issues with it so far.

This surge protector is being used to take care of my home Medical Alert System electric plugs. I needed it to prevent a power outage in case of a power surge. I need my Medical Alert System to be ready if I must call for help.

I purchased this after my Monster Box took a nose dive. It is not as elaborate as the Monster brand boxes but still is able to deliver the power and protection that I need.
