A surge protector, it either works or it doesn't. Since I haven't had any voltage surges, I can only assume that it works.

Good price, 11-Outlet, good space between plugs, 6' cord

I mainly purchased this for the large number of outlets. The inclusion of a couple of the outlets being well spaced from the others to allow for over sized plugs is a big plus. It also has holes on the back to allow for hanging which worked out great for hanging it behind the TV stand making it easy to reach.

I have not had an event that has caused any problems. It does everything else it needs to, it is reliable power strip.

I required a new surge suppressor. My old suppressor died. This suppressor hs a high joule rating which is what I wanted.

I purchased this particular model because it can accommodate multiple items with the block type transformers.

Good amount of outlets and this is a real good deal for the joules you get to protect your home electronics

I've joined a computer class, where I learned that regular extension cord with 6 outlet can damage your equipment by overloading. I was using for my PC station, with all outlet plugged in. so I got the power surge protector which provides me with more outlet and balancing the current and stops from over powering any other system.

This certainly helped !!! All this bluetooth and wireless stuff yet I still don't have enough outlets, what happen ?

This is a great surge protector. I use it in my family room to hook up the computers, gaming system & TV.

A bit bulky compared to a single strip, but the last 2 ports on each side are spaced out for the bulky power cords.

Nice quality, I think would be good for power serge's, in a lightning storm,I would unplug if possible.

Led indicators are a nice touch to ensure proper function. This is an inexpensive model so there is no battery backup

It hasn't been put to the test with a power surge but the specs look good. The real test will be with a power surge. I like the way it's setup to handle AC/DC converter plugs.

Not much to report other than there is plenty of room for larger "brick" style plugs, which is nice.

I've been using the Insignia surge protector for a month now and haven't had any issues with it. I have an Epson LCD projector, small Kegerator, counter top popcorn machine, and surround sound speaker system plugged into it and haven't had any glitches, trips, power losses, or damage to the equipment. You know a surge protector is working when you don't have to worry about it and I haven't had to worry about this. I went with the Insignia surge protector as it had a flat plug for the AC prongs as my outlet is right up against the back of my couch leaving little room to plug anything else in. It was also inexpensive and had a large number of outlets for its price.

This has been one of my biggest finds, great quality, great price and great insurance guarantee if they fail.

This item has allowed me to clean up behind the scenes. Cords everywhere but this helps me keep them in order.

it plugs all the thing in that i need. have not had to try the surge part out yet, but i like the style of it

For what's out there it does the job and has room to plug larger plugs into it
