I needed a surge protector to hook up various things. This was the best one I could find. I enjoy the 6 foot cord. Nice amount of outlets as well.

Need a basic surge protector with a lot of plugs. This one was on sell and works just fine.

The look, the number of outlets... the price. It's great.

It did its described job properly. Plugged it in and the protected and grounded lights came on. Plugged cords into and worked perfectly. The extra space for transformers was a nice touch. There were two draw backs. The first, normal nails/ screws did not fit in the designated hanging spots well. They have to be forced. This wasn't a huge problem for me, as I will be leaving it in its current spot for years. But this could provide and issue if you hang it for a short period of time and need to remove it off the screws. The second was it had a lot of warnings. Namely one that had its own paper. Other than that, well built product.

This economically priced surge protector offers several regular outlets plus the number of outlets we needed for larger AC adapters.

I decided to get this surge protector for the price. I wasn't too expensive or too cheap. So far I have had no complaints about it. It does its job.

I was looking for something with a slim profile to fit in between the desk at my office. This Insignia power strip was all of that and more. With plenty of plug ins, this power strip had a higher Joule rating than others costing way more. I'm very happy with it!

I bought this to help protect my desktop computer from surges in my house. Plenty of space between the plugs to connect some of the larger plugs.

Bought 2 for my home. Not much to say, but they are definitely well made. No complaints and will buy again if needed.

Great surge protecter for the money. High joule protection.

It is a surge suppressor and does have a 90 degree plug. You can't plug 2 of these into the same outlet at the same time. The plugs are configured to prevent this. I'll guess that this is a design feature to prevent overloading the receptacle. That's good for standard wiring but not for custom configured power circuits. Killer for me was the fact that once you open the package there is a "Safety precautions" insert that proclaims "DO NOT install this device if there is not at least 30 feet (10 meters) or more of wire between the electrical outlet and the electrical service panel." That might be something important to know before you make the purchase and should have been on the packaging instead of inside.
