The Neo is just what I was hoping for. Thanks for creating a laptop that costs less than $1000. It’s great and seamlessly connects with my other Apple devices.

So far....so far...the Neo has done what I expected and wanted it to do. It has allowed my kiddos to experience and grow on a Mac without breaking the bank. Now, Apple, figure out that whole Apple apps paid version thing, please.

Best compact Mac in years. Does everything my old macbook Air did and then some. Light, good battery life. Only missing feature is no backlit keyboard.

It's been great the only thing is that on some websites the screen does not let me scroll down to see the rest on the page.

This MacBook Neo I purchased is a very nice laptop for the price. I love the color. The display is sharp. It’s not so heavy so I can take it with me anywhere I go.

I love this computer! It suits all of my needs: internet surfing, word processing, email . . . It’s lighter than my iPad Pro and it’s actually a real computer! Highly recommend to the casual laptop user. And the color is fabulous!

So far, so good. Got this for my girlfriend who is new to Mac but isn't too familiar with modern Windows either. She feels that having an iPhone makes the Macbook feel more familiar. Awesome device for anyone that just needs something that works.

So far I’ve been very happy with the MacBook Neo. As a lifelong Mac user, I was very happy that they released a lower cost MacBook.

It is good enough for a senior who is not doing anything but basic things like typing a letter or making a spreadsheet. I do believe it needs more Mac dedicated apps as needing your iPhone nearby is ridiculous. I like the fingerprint password go-around, but with so many companies and the government moving to MFA and physical passkeys, I’ll have to get one anyway. It could use more USB ports though.

The process of buying my new MacBook Neo, was quick and easy. The sales associates were friendly, professional, and efficient. For my next electronic need I will certainly visit Best Buy again..

Good laptop especially for the price. It isn't a graphics workhorse like a Macbook Pro would be but is a solidly build general use laptop for the price difference.

nice little computer, especially for someone who has never used a Mac before. I wish I had gotten the dark blue (indigo?), however. I got to see it elsewhere and really liked the way it refracts the light. BUT that has nothing to do with the functionality of the computer. 8gb RAM seems really small, however.
