I’ve been yearning to own a MacBook for a while now, and I couldn’t resist when this model was introduced. The price point is incredibly reasonable, making it an excellent choice for beginners like me. I opted for the higher-priced version to get the extra drive space and Touch ID, and I’m thoroughly satisfied with the investment. The performance of this device is simply remarkable! It boasts exceptional battery life, surpassing that of any laptop, phone, or tablet I’ve ever used. I plan to primarily use this MacBook for music practice, recording, and other creative endeavors. It has handled everything I’ve thrown at it with ease. While I’m still learning the ropes of the MacBook ecosystem, I’m committed to staying in it.

I’ve been using the MacBook Neo for high school and it’s really good. It runs fast and I can watch multiple videos and use apps at the same time without it slowing down. It’s also easy to carry and the battery lasts a long time. Overall, it’s a great laptop for school and everyday use.

Good Price , goos size, until now good performance. For me only thing missing is the light in the keyboard

I use my MacBook for school and job related projects and it’s very fast and efficient. Love the touch id feature as well. Great battery life and overall good performance.

Overall a great product! Very similar to some of the first MacBook airs. A super fast processor, I love the indigo color! I wish the screen was touch screen, but overall great product

Was super excited to give this a try. Replaced my outdated Windows laptop with comparable specs. This Macbook Neo lived up to its hype that I've seen online. I mostly use it for work, edit photos, light video editing, and surfing the web. Very solid construction, very thin, very lightweight, and great keyboard/trackpad. Everything you would expect an Apple product to be. TouchID is a must if you are constantly logging in and out while jumping around the office or want to use passwords or payments on the fly. Only drawback is it not having a backlit keyboard. But I can live with that by not spend another $200 for a Macbook Air.

Excellent laptop, especially for the price! The laptop is great for school and office work. It also works very with iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. For the price it also has a great screen, good speakers, great battery life , and amazing build quality. Probably the best laptop you can get for $600.

I really like the Neo. It’s light and it does what I need it to do. I also have my iPad Pro and had to get the Neo because I couldn’t do work Zoom meetings with the IPad Pro, at least not the way I needed them for my job. I do not regret getting it. It is a good complement to the iPad Pro and I look forward to using it as a second screen for the Neo when I travel.

Needed a MacBook last minute for a work trip and ended up going with the Neo instead of the MacBook Air. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Setup was super quick and transferring everything from my Mac Mini was easy. I’ve been using it daily for about a month now—runs fast, no performance issues, and the battery life has been great.

I absolutely love my Apple Neo! It is so great. I get to use it to make meal lists. I get to use it for school. No lagging issues when connected to the internet like my old laptop. The battery stays charged forever. It doesn’t die quickly like other laptops. I am very impressed with this product. I would recommend this product to anybody who knows me.

I purchased this for my daughter to use in home schooling her children. She grew up using Apple computers and is very comfortable with them, as am I. She has owned and used a MacBook Pro that I bought for her several years ago but I thought it was time to get her something newer. She is so very pleased with every aspect of this new MacBook Neo. She tells me that it is much, much faster than her old MacBook Pro (which she is keeping for her children to familiarize them with the Apple OS!). It takes very little time to boot up or shut down and the speed of the new processor is amazingly fast. The screen is also bright and displays artwork, lessons and pictures perfectly with her peripherals including their older printer that she uses for printing out lessons for her children! All in all she says it is a fantastic computer and she is thrilled to have it!

The MacBook Neo delivers pretty much what you’d expect for the price tag. Performance is smooth for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and general productivity, and the overall build quality feels solid and well-made. As with most Apple products, it’s polished, easy to use, and integrates nicely with the Apple ecosystem. For what you’re paying, it doesn’t necessarily wow you, but it also doesn’t disappoint. It’s reliable, looks good, and runs efficiently. Overall, for an Apple product, it’s pretty good and matches expectations for its price range.

Nice....Real Nice. Faster and easy to use. I like how in intergrates with my iphone and Ipad. I didnt think 13" would be big enough but when I use it on my "lap" its the perfect size. I did upgrade to more storage but I might not need it and I could use a flash drive if needed. Very fast.

This machine looks, feels and performs great. I use this for browsing the web and MS Office apps and I have not had any performance issues when compared to my old M1 air. Other than the missing backlight keyboard I have not really noticed any issues. Yes, the USB ports are different speeds but the machine warns me and suggests I change the port when I plugged in my external HD and outside of restoring from my old Air I have not found myself using both ports at the same time. The screen is good for watching a movie or YouTube and the sounds is fine via the speakers but I tend to use my AirPods anyways. Overall this is a good Mac at a great price.

I tried out the mac Neo, very slick and durable. The body is pleasant and and the size perfect especially for traveling. However its only sttong enough for specific tasks. The 256 is almost not worth getting becaue youll run out of memory almost overnight. My issue with it was that it crashed as soon as I set it up.I tempted to download an app from the app store and it crashed when I opened it. That disappointed me. So I had to reset it and start over. Its kind of nice how quickly you can reset the laptop. The second go arount Neo surpased my expectations. Works with all your necessary small load apps. Very nice for the price. But if you need power, M5 chip will surprise you.

What can I say? It's very nimble; both in response and physical size. I love working on it. I have a linux home lab, and the terminal app is just amazing. BTW, I have MacBook pro at work so I am familiar with MacOS. But if I could have just one more USB port, I would be so much happier.
