It is amazing. I’ve had it for about a month now and it works like a charm. The quality is great compared to the MacBook Pro, and for the price it really can’t be beat. I was kind of skeptical at first because it uses the same A18 Pro chip they use on the newer phones, and didn’t think it would work as well as other laptops. But I needed an option that was more affordable for me that wouldn't break my bank. I even went in and deep dived into reviews and videos about the quality and comparisons to other MacBooks… even other brands. I can confidently say it is definitely worth the purchase!

For the price, this apple laptop has all the bells and whistle to get you on top of your game. Whether it's business or pleasure with this apple laptop, you have all you need!

Is a very nice and practical MacBook that I can take everywhere I go I don’t always have to take my laptop and the greatest thing about it is not just that I can get my stuff for college done on it but it supports a good variety AAA games

This is a fine little laptop! It’s easy to set up and I really like that I can link my iPhone & IPad. Still learning the commands but that will get easier with time.

The Neo is everything I wanted, and then some. I'm a 56 year old man that needed a device that would not overwhelm but would perform. I'm able to check all my personal emails, surf the web, YouTube, do some light editing work with no issues. When it comes to work, the Neo easily does everthing I need, which includes all the usuals, Excel, Microsoft, and Powerpoint, without issue. The device is fast, no lag, even when I'm running multiple applications. Unless you are a straight up content creator, needing alot, this device will serve you well. The only thing I would suggest, go with the 512GB.

Nice. Bought as gift for my wife she loves it and integrates seemly mesh with her iPhone. Simple set up. Still learning what it can all do. Outstanding quality.

This is my first time owning a MacBook ever in my life, so far I like the display & functionality of the computer. The only reason it isn't a 5 star is because my caps lock button doesn't work as it should- I have to press down on the key harder and multiple times in order for the caps to come on. But I like it a lot aside from that.

Great product. Fast processor however not having a backlit keyboard is a drawback.

I had another brand computer, moving up to neon MacBook I felt it was going to be challenging but not, it was easy to navigate, I can open more pages and it doesn’t slow down, I am in love with my new laptop.

The NEO is an excellent laptop for internet browsing and office tasks. It's not suitable for demanding work such as video editing with Final Cut.

Perfect for what I needed it for . Needed something for school , size is small enough to fit in book bag and purses . And for anyone who wants to know, it works with lockdown browser and examplify .

The unit screen is too small for constant use without additional monitor, limiting laptop options. Good features otherwise. Would have preferred larger screen for just a little more money. Would not have paid any higher price for this unit-would have gone to a 17" HP or Dell. Non gamer. Primarily personal and business use.
