The touchscreen works great, the computer occasionally slows down to a crawl when booting up, but when it's firing on all cylinders, it works great. Plenty of hard drive storage. My price point was slightly high.

I love this laptop. The touch screen capability is an awesome plus. Storage capacity is super since I have save so many pics and documents. Only problem is the CD drive won't close properly unless I turn it on the side.

I'm older and not tech savvy and this laptop seems to work just fine for me. I haven't utilized all the features of this machine but plan on learning more and using more during the long dreary winter months.

Disappointed that it took several visits and phone calls to get it up and running. Further disappointment due to the fact that a lot of the programs it says it has don't exist. Don't particularly like Windows 10.

Lacks some of the blingier features of the Envy, but the perfect machine for may daughter to bring work home with her. A good amount of memory and a TB of hard drive space. Meets her needs. I can always exchange the HD for a SSD drive in the future. Highly recommend.

It is a solid machine. I haven't had any problems with it. I like the ease of use regarding the touch screen. I wish there was something a little bit better than just notepad in which work with.

I have really enjoyed this laptop. I bought it for myself, but my son borrows it all the time for his assignments. I don't use the touch screen as much I thought I would, but it does come in handy.

I am an old typing and keyboarding teacher.I am retired from high school and community college teaching. I started with a manual typewriter many years ago. My first job was with an attorney in Winston-Salem. This is when we had to make carbon copies and could not make errors. I bought a Dell PC about 15 years ago. To have the convenience of a laptop, and a keyboard that I can use, is a really wonderful experience. Thank you for my HP laptop and the great salesman that I dealt with at Best Buy, It doesn't get any better than this! PS. I'm 83.

This is a decent midrange laptop with a good price. It is not the most powerful, but gets the job done for basic tasks, such as web surfing, email, word processing, etc. Like that it has a touch screen!

I love the touch screen. Loads quickly and is lightweight compared to my older laptop. Love the screen size, cd/dvd drive and number keypad to the right of the keyboard. Probably not for gamers or people wanting to load lots of software.

This is a decent computer for the price. It is good for surfing the net and completing basic work tasks. However, it does not have a blue ray player and I don't know if i would recommend it for gamers.

I use this primarily for writing documents, surfing the Internet,and playing games. Not only is it great for the things I need it for, but there's also a lot of space for storing photos. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

For the price, this computer is pretty good. It can be a little slow, but this typically doesn't cause any issues. If your a college student low on money, this lab top is a good option.

Easy setup, no problems connecting to Wi-Fi network. I like the 10-key pad included on the keyboard. The keyboard is a nice size so I don't feel cramped when typing. Overall I am very happy with the performance of this laptop.

This little HP is great for the student and moderate users. Small price with enough power to handle ME Office for both school and business. It had a large hard drive that keeps file handy.

I purchased this laptop for basic web browsing and bill paying. It has been perfect as the one I had previously was really slowing down and not letting me log into some of my sites anymore. Would recommend it to anyone

Bought the laptop to replace the 5-year old one which died. Laptop is used for general internet access and watching DVD. The set up went smoothly, good laptop for the price and purpose.

This is my first lab top computer. I was intimidated by all the icons, pictures, and everything on the screen when I turned the computer on for the first time. But after a week, the computer be came so computer friendly, that I now feel like an pro. If I have a problem or do not know how to get the computer to do what I want, just ask the computer, it will tell you everything a person need to know. The computer react to every command quickly ,making me feel like I am in charge. Great computer and a better friend. I keep it up late at night and early in the morning. I love my computer and want share her with anyone. So you better get your own HP.

Needed a new laptop for household use ( my last HP is to old to update, but still works, just very slow). The only downfall is the battery life is too short. Otherwise I love it.
