Great lap top for my simple needs. Does everything which I had expected it to do. Very easy to set up and begin to use. Would highly recommend to someone who is looking for a relatively simple and easy to use laptop.

This laptop is great for users who surf the web, check email, shop online, and pay bills through online banking. I am the wrong person to ask, when it comes to gaming, video editing, or any type of advanced operation. I am not qualified to give that type of review, as I don't engage in any of the more advanced applications that this computer may or may not be able to handle.

After much searching for a laptop as a gift, I discovered this one. It has great qualities that will last for a long time, and the best price available, even for lesser laptops. Very happy with the purchase.

I’ve been playing around with it and so far I really like it! I can’t wait to start college to use it more often! The fact that is touch screen makes it easier and faster to do stuff most of the times. Love it!!

I got the AMD and returned it and bought the Intel processor. I love my purchase, glad I changed my mind and it was a great buy for excellent condition. Recommend open box if you trying to save a little.

The speed is definitely a plus with the i3 was shock but happy. Everything else works great. I even dropped it on accident and nothing happen to it at all. Was so scared lol

I THINK FOR THE PRICE THIS IS A NICE LAPTOP. IT DOES NOT HAVE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLE LIKE A HIGH END LAPTOP BUT IT'S FAST ENOUGH FOR MY NEEDS. THE STORAGE IS SUFFICIENT. I WOULD CALL IT A MID-LEVEL LAPTOP.

Great Basic PC with a very responsive touchscreen. If you aren't looking for heavy gaming from your laptop, but more of a basic function; this is the one for you. Overall thrilled with my purchase!

I like that it doesn't take a long time for the battery to charge, the only thing is the battery runs out very fast. The screen is a nice size and keyboard has a nice touch.

The laptop does what it is supposed to do. No issues as of yet. Touch screen is a great aspect. Volume is not as loud as I would like it. I had to add an external speaker.

I bought computer as a gift for my father who was very specific about the features he wanted. He wanted an easy-to-use computer with a touch screen that looked sleek.

This works great for daughter with college work. Would have liked a little faster computer, but does the job. great price around 300 or so.

I bought this for my daughter for college. She wanted a laptop that was a touch screen and has more memory than her old laptop. So far this meets her expectations.

Price is good, the exterior is a beauty, app. is good etc anyway, I like the product. I would like to recommend this to a friend and best buy service is good.

Love this laptop. Speed is grate. Its picture is clear. Easy to use the computer walks you through everything and thats a pluse when your upgrading your computer for the first time in 10 years!

The computer seems to perform to specs, however I have only had it for a short period of time and I do not use it just every day. OK for the price, up to now.

I like the touch screen. I feel I have better control of the size of the screen. I also enjoy the light on the cap lock feature instead of wasting time trying to guess if it is on or not.
