This is a great laptop at a reasonable price. The processor is fast enough for basic applications such as online video watching, small gaming. The camera is good and gives quality pictures.

We bought this for my nephew for his time in college. We were going to give him an iPad but decided he may need more. It is a great tool for college and he is using it every day. It has more than enough power to do the work of an incoming freshman and the price is great. The 10key number pad is a great add on item for entering data from the various classes that require data entry. The larger screen is good for other activities as well so no TV is needed. Being an HP is also a note of good overall quality and their support / upgrades are also very strong.

I need one, and I can work it. Not a tech guy, and I just need something that allows me to keep up with things. Touch screen at this price? Enough said

First laptop with touchscreen, it's very easy to use and great for my basic web browsing needs and occasional small games.

This laptop was a gift for my niece which is in college. She said it is great and loves the touch screen capability. She can still watch her DVDs since it still has the CD drive.

I was in the market for a new laptop. I'd done a lot of research prior to heading to the store. I needed a laptop with plenty of ports, including an Ethernet port and optical drive (for playing CDs and DVDs). I HAD to have these items in my new unit. I knew top-of-the-line units did not have the additional ports so I had to be willing to sacrifice a bit of speed upgrade to ensure I got the other things I needed. This is a great unit. It has all the ports I need. It is still pretty fast. It is light in weight - very portable. The color is great and the screen size is REALLY nice as well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this from Best Buy, Davenport. I expected to buy books on how to use Windows 10 from Best Buy, but they have no such books. They explained that Windows 10 is so well internally documented, that you really don't need to buy books. This was some of the most miserable misleading advice I have heard in years. I doubt that I will be buying another computer from Best Buy ever again. I am slowly straightening up the mess I initially created before I became aware of how much documentation is needed to understand the "advanced feature" of Win 10.

Takes care of what I need in a laptop. Web browsing is quick, it can handle multiple programs running concurrently. I don't use it for gaming, can't comment on that.

I like the memory and storage .. speed is a tad bit on slower side processing...but I would recommend for everyday use .. could use Windows 10 pro...price was great ..thank you

I purchased my laptop online from Best Buy excellent price for what it had. It has all the features and rams that I need. Comes in very very handy for my online classes.

My husband and I had been without a computer for 2 years, and were in need of a great useful laptop that wasn't too expensive. This one fit the bill, has a good sized screen, and the speed is just what is needed when we find a Wi-Fi location. Very much recommended for those in need of a laptop.

I needed a new windows powered laptop since some of my work programs were not compatible on my Mac. The price was good and had all of the features that I needed to function.

too many apps are loaded. not sure how to delete them yet. not that intuitive. excellent speed compared to 7 yr old Toshiba satellite L745-54210

A solid computer for office activities. This has way more memory than any laptop I owned before so for the first time, I do not think an external hard drive is necessary.

This computer is an ideal laptop computer. It has dependable performance. It has touch screen or you can use a mouse. It has a camera and a disc player. Very easy to type on.

It's perfect for my courses at college! It has plenty of storage space on it and has MS Office loaded to it for writing papers and for creating charts in my lab courses.

Good laptop, works very well for what I needed it to do, battery life I think could be a little better, but overall I think it’s a good buy

Because I previously had a HP laptop all of my information transferred to this laptop. And, I absolutely love the touch screen.

Great investment for myself. I love that it is a touch screen. NO MORE MOUSE. Never used HP before but I love it. No problems as of yet.
