Quick start up. Easy to use. Love the touch screen.

This might be the best laptop I’ve owned. I use this for general use and streaming , sometimes work if need be. I’ve had zero issues and I love the features. Plus I had a great Best Buy staff member who helped me purchase this within my budget and it’s still in great condition.

This computer was a great deal at my local Best Buy. The staff working there was very helpful when answering my questions and helped me to decide that this particular computer met all my needs. The computer itself preforms well for the simple tasks (itunes, word docs, and excel spreadsheets) I need it to do.

This laptop is great for simple task. Running an internet browser, playing music or streaming movies, and light application use. It even runs old 90s games daily well. Had Diablo 2 running on it just fine. I wouldn't expect this laptop to do any major application running.

We needed a basic computer and this one was perfect for our needs. Just enough speed and storage for searching the internet and such. Only thing I didn’t like was there is no light on the keyboard. Was an open box item so we got it at a great price and it arrived before expected! Overall, great purchase!

The battery life is awful. The mouse pad is not the greatest either. The touch screen is the best part of the computer but I would not recommend this to anyone.

I bought this to take in the RV. If your campsite doesn't have power, get a spare battery. Run time on battery is short. If you are not a typist. but hunt and peck, punctuation characters are very hard to see.

I just hate that I have to pay for every application including Microsoft office and the fact that the customer service charges for any little help. If not that school has already started I'd have returned it and purchased a rather hassle-free laptop. Otherwise the functions work well and purpose is served.

HP notebook is a good notebook that has many functions which a person can use for Regular use for business. My Dell pc had problems so I needed a notebook which helped me while I got the other sent to The service repair business. HP has better Help than Dell.
