We were looking for a budget laptop since our needs are actually minimal. We check emails, do a little bookkeeping, some surfing and some more surfing. I really wanted a removable battery and this laptop fit that bill. The WiFi works well.

Bought this laptop for my granddaughter for her high school graduation. Wanted something she would be able to use as she starts college. She has not given us any bad reviews on it so I assume it is working well for what she needs it for.

I bought this lap top in May and I use it extensevly every day. It has been great with no problems and the large screen make it very easy to see everything clearly,I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive lap top.

My daughter experienced the catastrophic failure of a nearly-identical spec laptop she uses for her nursing class work, and this model was in-stock, a close match to the original, and available at a competitive price. a real lifesaver!

The reason we went with this was to get an 8th Gen Intel chip (I-3), and it hasn't disappointed. Runs most applications very easily, and overall very impressive for the price. A nice laptop from HP

I don't ask much of a computer. This computer has a lot of features that I like even though I may not use all of them often. So far the computer seems to perform well and I have no issues with it.

The computer is good quality. Still having a problem connecting with my HP Printer 3530. Connected with my HP printer 3510. Not too happy with the new windows 10. Miss my Microsoft Word processer.

The laptop had a quick setup which allowed my family to hit the ground running. Only down side is having my kids over my shoulder see something and touch the screen causing me to lose my place as the new internet page loads. hahaha

Even going from Widows7 to Windows10 I have managed to figure it out! I appreciate some of the little things like the light in the CAPS LOCK .I am no computer wiz ,but I really like this laptop.

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. He mostly uses it to download and organize music files. So far it's doing what we need it to do!

This computer has the capacity and functions I need. The laptop is very lightweight and thin. It can't handle rough travel because it has a thin plastic exterio, but I only use it at home.

I bought this for my dad, he loves it. It is ideal for general browsing and watching moves. One this I would point out it is still slow booting up. Overall good product.

For what I use a computer for, this suits my needs perfectly. I am still finding out some of its capabilities. I have had HP prior and like their product and will most likely continue to buy their product for future needs.

I bought this as a gift for my parents who never used a computer before. As was with my past experience with HP, this laptop is very sturdy and never looked cheap. As for Windows, my parents found it less overwhelming. :)

This computer has 1T, which helps me with all of my music and pictures. The number key and cd drive is perfect for my use of the laptop. Screen is great and functions are user friendly

After having a larger and heavier laptop for close to 10 years, this one is much easier to carry, the touch-screen is new to me and remembering that it's there sometimes slips my mind, but it's a very welcome plus!

This laptop was easy to set up to wireless and printer. Multi scan is great. Printing speed is good.

This is a good laptop for the everyday user. Even if you need one for school it has enough memory for all of the programs that you need for a successful school experience.
