This laptop works very well with the applications that I use. The start up time is very fast. The battery holds a charge for a longer period than my old laptop did. The screen is clearer than my previous laptop.

This model seemed to be updated to all but the most recent Windows 10 Spring feature update. So setup was quick and just what I needed to get it off to the end user. 8 Gig ram helps windows 10 run as it should.

I was glad I was able to purchase a laptop that still had a DVD player, so many no longer have them. I had forgotten how convenient a laptop can be. This HP laptp exceeded all my expectations.

I Always buy, HP PRODUCTS, COMPUTERS , PRINTERS ETC. THEY NEVER FAIL ME. I bought another computer from another BRAND. I gave it to my son . They are not in the HP CLASS. BUY HP, and don't worry be happy.

We bought this for my sister as a graduation gift and she loves it. It fits her school needs and will be a great laptop for her to use her freshman year in college! Got it on sale, too, so that was a plus.

This computer is good for just everyday use for email or paying bills. Does take a little time to startup when turning on and constantly has some Microsoft account error.

I brought this for my wife. It’s not the best but it is great for the average user. I just needed to buy her a mouse due to the touchpad not responding randomly.

Good computer for using in school. Wouldn’t get it for gaming but it’s a really good computer for using regularly.

My old laptop crashed and bought this just because it was a decent deal. It's OK, not the best, but far from the worse.

I only had the s9 plus for a week. and i like it . but there is a learning curve to all the new features . that is the only reason i only gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Got this computer for my father's business, and he sure seems to love how well it works for his work. Office, spreadsheets, music streaming, nothing but productivity!

Although it was an "open box" purchase, it came with a warranty and a decent pedigree. 1TB memory was a nice feature, as was the low price. We expect it to meet our needs for at least a few years.

I have dreaded going fro Windows 7 to Windows 10, but, this laptop computer made it easier to adjust to the change. It seems to have many times the processing speed which my previous HP possessed.

I purchased this laptop to surf the net, keep in touch with family and friends,plus more. It does exactly what I expected. It is fast with many new features not present on my older computer.

The touch interface is responsive and meets expectations. The updates to Windows 10 were slow, but afterwards the PC was responsive, even with a standard drive.

PERFECT FOR SOMEONE WHO WORKED AT OUR HOSPITAL FOR 30 YEARS AND DID NOT HAVE A COMPUTER AT HOME. SHE PLANS TO USE IT FOR TRAVEL AND TO STAY CONNECTED. PURCHASED A MIFI JETPACK SO SHE IS SET!

This laptop has been great! My 8 year old daughter loves playing games and applications work great. The only thing I wish it had was a back-lit keyboard.

It's not as fast as some computers, but that is to be expected. It is very good for the reason we bought it which is mostly for the word processing capability.
