This was a gift for my husband. He is happy with it. No backlit keyboard , after completing the updates and deleting the junk you get with any new computer, it's a very good mid price laptop

My wife and I each purchased one of these laptops. We have had the laptop for a few months now and are very pleased with the purchase. The laptop is very rugged, lightweight, and slim.

I mean this was a pretty good computer and it runs all the things I want it to but the main reason i’m writing this is so you’ll stop emailing me about this.

I bought this for my husband for our anniversary this year, mainly so he would leave mine alone lol. He absolutely loves it. It loads quickly and he hasn’t had a single issue with it.

This is a very good computer. I use it for my online classes. It is very easy to navigate. I have not had any problems with this computer. I always buy HP computers. They are great buys.

Works great! I was expecting this machine to be slow but it is not slow. However, I do not do any gaming or any apps where extreme speed is needed.

Purchased for my daughter to complete her online assignments for the upcoming school year. We’ve tested it out to complete a few Summer assignments and it has exceeded my expectations!

My wife needed a laptop for her work and for internet usage. This one is not a high powered computer but is very capable for the work related usage she needs.

I purchased this laptop for my teenage daughter as a Christmas gift and she uses it almost daily and also enjoys watching movies on it as well!

I love you fast the computer loads different software. Also super easy to use. Only down fall is if using touch screen your fingerprints are everywhere.

Laptop came as advertised. No issues out of the box. It is a nice entry level system and does streaming (Netflix, pandora) just fine. Sound is adequate.

Very good laptop, However it was cluttered with piles of Crapware, unwanted programs and apps, some were not Free. (Office 365 & antivirus) Security features were un-needed for a home computer and difficult to de-program. Windows 1803 update took the 1 min. boot up time up to 3+min. Windows photo is useless. Otherwise I like the laptop. It is light weight and doesn't run hot - it can really be used in you lap. Too bad it had to be delivered jambed full of junk.

This HP laptop has been easy for me to take from point A to point B, considering how lightweight it is. The picture quality is also not too bad!

Tracking on the one that needs repair is terrible. The mouse is recognized on more than one area of the touch screen which caused unintended functions when using the device. Thankfully, my credit card warranty should cover the repair since I bought it almost 2 years ago. This HP product has increased $200+ now. I needed a 3rd one at the office, so I bought the Dell version because it's still $399.

Very light and easy to use even for a caveman like myself

The computer is more than enough for middle schooler project and a majority of normal home computer needs.

I purchased 2 of these one for the house and one for my daughter to use for school. It has surpassed my initial feelings about it. Very good deal for the price. No complaints!

The laptop work decent and the 1 TB is awesome because they let me download everything without worrying about space. But remember, It’s an I3.

Purchased this device for my son who was graduating basic training and heading off to military school for his MOS. He loved it and said it was exactly what he needed.
