I bought this laptop two months ago. It is still working perfectly for what I need to do. I was looking for a basic everyday system and so far it seems to be working just fine.

I am not the greatest with computers but, this is very user friendly and the easiest computer ive ever used. hands down this was the best choice of all the computers available..

I have always been a Dell computer customer but the last dell I bought is an Inspiron with 7th gen I core 3. I actually prefer the Hp over the dell. Seems to be a better buy!

It works well for what I need it to do. I'm disappointed at how quickly the letters in the keys are fading. It's obvious what keys i use a lot.

This is perfect for my step daughter who is in college. It is simple to operate and has the appropriate specs to do what she needs for school.

I bought this laptop for an elderly relative because she didn't need one with all the bells and whistles. She really likes it and it's easy for her to use. Very satisfied.

This is my second one the 1st one I bought for my granddaughter she didn't have no problem setting it up easy to set up so I bought me one happy with the laptop.

Good laptop for leisurely use such as surfing the web or bill pay. Can be slow at times. But overall I like it. Great laptop for the price.

I got this computer for my niece going in to her freshman year of College. It’s great for th value and does everything she needed for college.

It's a great laptop. Got it for my daughter so she could do her school work and it works great. It doesnt have l the frills but it does what she need it to do

Its an entry level laptop which has adequate features for basic computing. Don't buy it expecting it will be a super fast machine. You are getting what you are paying for.

Just upgraded!! Husband passed away and first thing I did was get a new laptop. This laptop is awesome! Lightweight, clear pixels and just smooth, quiet keyboarding!

Bought this computer to use for online schooling! Works great so far! Wish it would have had a year of Office included! My husband got one on hsn which included Office!

I needed to replace my ASUS and this is what I needed. Wish it was a little smaller but it does everything I want and probably a lot more.

Great laptop for home use and school use. Only downside is it comes with limited loaded programs you’ll probably need to purchase yourself.

It's a Bestbuy refurbished computer. So far it is holding up. The only problem is the computer would freeze and have problem shutting down.
