A nice, sturdy touchscreen laptop

Good until CRASHED within a year

CRASHED 04-26-2019...unable to recover While in gmail, system message pops up "error save work"....then blue screen comes up "hard disk error" ...Automatic Repair failed.. All attempts ..rebooting..restarting..diagnostic tests..recovery..FAILED. Less than a year...device problem? System 10 Update? What Now?
