Good laptop, don't care for edge.

Do not buy open box

Stated on the box was that the computer only had a few scratches. Number pad and num licks did not work. Computer was very fast to set up and had several things downloading at once. So hoping once we get one that works it will be great. I would love to update this review.

HP quality has dropped
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop was performing fine, for 5 weeks.At that point it tried to update Windows 10, which somehow caused a fatal fault. It will no longer boot. The Geek Squad couldn't get it to start, either. HP told me that it would send a return box (taking a week to get it), and after it was returned, it would take 2 to 3 weeks to fix and be returned. Luckily, my Best Buy store took pity and exchanged it for a new computer. Thanks for the great customer service, Davenport, FL Best Buy!

Disappointed
