I was in the market for a new laptop and initially chose this one because the price was right and it was familiar. Once I got it home it felt heavy and bulky, slow and not at all inspiring. Kudos to Best Buy for allowing me to return it and exchange it for a laptop more to my liking!

Cheap body. Hinge broke. If you travel with your laptop and /or open and close it often I would suggest not buying this one or any laptop that is plastic. This literally just came apart and I and VERY easy going with it.

I'm not sure what happened but this laptop is EXTREMELY slow. I cant use it for anything. I thought it was an internet problem but my other devices work fine. It only worked for about maybe 6 months or so. Please choose another laptop.

By far the worst computer I have ever owned. Do NOT spend money on this laptop. Its slow, unresponsive and low quality. The computer is so bad, I am literally LOCKED out from signing into the thing. It will not allow me to put the code in to unlock it so i cannot even function the computer half the time. The other half of the time when it DOES allow me in, I cannot even open applications, settings, or even browsers. Save yourself time and money and invest in a mac or something of higher quality. Not this Dell POS.

I thought this computer would be a great computer for school based on the amount of memory it had. But once I started using Office on it I realized the computer was slower than my old one. I returned it and am upset about the purchase.

Super slow and that too being a 2018 model. Slower than laptops with less configuration. Lack of SSD has made the things worse. Please invest $50 to $100 more and do yourself a favor

I really liked this computer, but had to return it because the mouse wasn't working right. Upon returning I realized it was almost outdated so I upgraded to a newer Dell.

It had issues installing application from the beginning, not able to connect to 5ghz WiFi, had to return it for a better one

I ended up returning this product, very slow and hard to use. I was looking for a mid range computer but this was just a hassle. Took forever to start up and process.

I thought the lap top was better than what I expected but it wasn’t. Very disappointed with the performance and with how slow it is and how often it updates.

The device stopped booting within an year of purchase and HP did not honour the warranty as the device was not in states. Waste of money.

Very underwhelming machine, eventually ended up returning for a better HP machine from another company.
