The computer was supposed to be a certified unit. It was delivered without a power cord and I was told by a Geek Squad technician that the unit was not certified because the packaging tape was not the right color and there was no checklist included. I returned it to the warehouse because I was told that they could not just replace the cord.

Not what I thought I was getting but it’ll work I guess. Power on problems and freezes up way too much but works.

Wouldn’t recommend this Others as it’s a bit slow and the screen is not clear and the quality is not good

The computer keeps resetting itself to Airplane Mode and I haven't had the time to see Best Buy about it.

This laptop was ok for the price it was just too slow, it was hard doing any kind of moving so slow

I purchased this for my daughter to take to school. It is nice, but the computer is very slow. I regret getting this one and wish I could trade it in for a better one. The screen is clear and the touch screen works great, but spend the extra money and get a different one.

Old vista desk user. Man, the connectivity on this is crazy. Wireless mouse, 15 sec, android phone used as hotspot, 30 sec, initial hookup to wireless 1 min, running office 97 excel and word. Sony camera with MS system software 10 sec. initial hookup. My only complaint is that with constant streaming it gets 5.25 hours with speakers at 100% and backlight 75%. With headphones that have big speakers at full volume it lasts 4 hrs constant streaming. I have charged and continuiously ran computer five times. Power supply gets to warm when charging and running computer at same time. If charging only it stays cool. Charging while on or off takes 2.15 hours. Excellent quality screen clairity and touch screen works great as well as mouse pad and buttons. Keyboard has a light touch. Love it. My first laptop and so far its a good deal for surfing and doing bills.

You get what you pay for I guess. I just wanted to get a system for my son to use for research projects and the occasional minecraft game. It was soooo slow. Even the start up took forever. I returned it immediately.

Cheap laptop! The hinge broke in a year of use. Works great though.

The screen started flipping around and automatically moving pages to page on its own, in less than a year of use. Circles come up on screen. If I move the screen or laptop it switches to another page. The actual computer is made of weak plastic. I'm guessing just not durable even though I carry it in a case.

Slow computer even if don’t put anything on it... stay away from this laptop

Slow, takes forever to turn on, extremely hard to navigate and slow, Will like to return it

i bought this laptop after my first one messed up and after like three months, it was just as slow as my original laptop. i was in college, so that wasn’t efficient at all. save yourself the trouble and buy a macbook.

Screen has purple halos and rainbow reflections. Best Buy is not reasonable with theur return policy. Very disappointed!

Problems for the past 1 year and Best Buy wants me to take a Annual Plan for $200 a year to get it fixed (labor only). This is too much and I basically need help for getting this laptop running again.

We had this for a couple days and the start up time was sooo insanely slow, we took it back.

I purchased this laptop for my son before the school year, and really right from the beginning it was not working right, it kep on shutting down on its own, or the screen went blank all of a sudden.

Was excited to use it for the first time however as soon as I registered it it got some kind of virus. Not happy with the return process.
