The laptop would crash suddenly from simple tasks such as streaming the internet. Had a lot of promotional offers that were annoying and if you use a lot of google products this might not be for you. I had to return this laptop.

I have not had this laptop for a year and it will not connect to the internet. We called HP support before my warranty expired and they would not help us. There has been no water damage or any accidental damage on my part. Save your money and do not buy this product. We have replaced the wireless card and it still does not work!

I have no idea how this product is rated so highly. I had it for 6 months and had to send it away 3 times before just buying a new computer. First certain keys stopped working, keyboard was replaced with my warranty and brought back to me then 3 more keys stopped working. I was given a new computer and now 1 month later the touch pad does not work at all. I have never had so many issues with a computer in my life.

I knew this was an inexpensive laptop but it is the slowest one I've ever had. It takes forever to just load the icons on the homescreen so I can start using it; each program I use freezes, then is very slow to load. This laptop was like this right out of the box. Unfortunately I let it sit in the package past the return period before even trying it, so it is most likely ending up in the garbage.

Laptop drops the network connection regularly, WiFi AND wired ethernet. Unusable for anything that requires a stable network connection. Sent it back to HP, not only did they not fix the problem, they broke the bluetooth. Brought it to Geek Squad, they fixed the bluetooth but the networking is still broken. The only recommendation I can make here is to buy something else.

This computer completely died within a month of my purchase. I was able to exchange it after an hour long conversation between me, the Geek Squad guy and a manager. Unfortunately, the new one has no sound now at 2 months in.

Its a great price for this kind of laptop but the performance i’m not happy.Its to long to turn on the power..its freeze once you launch the games and the xbox..too long to download the 6 month free anti virus its took me 4 hours and still not done....

Within a month of purchase I had to send my computer to HP to replace the hard drive. After the replacement the computer has not worked properly. If freezes up, the screen goes black, and I have to shut it down at least twice a day. Horrible Horrible computer

Bought a month ago and according to HP, the machine, specifically the touch pad, is defective. The cursor keeps going to the left and down on its own. Spent hours trying to fix with HP. Will never buy any HP product again.
