Quiet. Superb Touchcreen. Great design. (The textured surface does get its share of fingerprints/smudges -- but it is easy to renew with some window cleaner and a paper towel.) ------ This Laptop... it's a WINNER!

Did a lot of research and determined that this HP was the best computer to buy when compared to other makes and models. First, it was very competitively priced for the specs. Touch screen that was very responsive and more than enough hard drive of one terabyte. Quick processing with plenty of ram. Now I bought it basically to digitize and curate my iTunes collection. I would recommend this computer.

This laptop definitely met my expectations, especially with the speed and memory.

My previous HP had aged out, about 5 years. I replaced it with this newer version. Setup and install were a breeze. Getting used to the touch screen is a challenge. Just the nature of the lid, it moves some when touching. Additionally, during proof reading, incidental touches move the cursor. I'm not a big fan of win10 but I'm getting used to it. Some of the ramp up in CPU usage is linked to the operating system. It's difficult to separate the OS from the machine. The keyboard is laid out with nice spacing. The mouse pad isn't overly sensitive, I like that. Overall, yes, for the price, I'd buy it again and that's always been my measuring stick.

Computer with touch screen capability = GREAT!! Fast a convenient for the price.

I've had this laptop about 5 months now. It is a good machine for general business use and internet surfing. So far, I've had no problems with the machine whatsoever and Screen resolution is great. I'm running MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Adobe Pro everyday. For the price, it's a good value with decent amont of storage.

This replaced an older laptop that ad used up its useful life. This laptop obviously is not top of the line but it had enough memory and plenty of hard drive space to do an ok job for occasional Excel and Word editing. For a budget priced laptop it is ok...

This laptop was a replacement for a 10 year old Dell Laptop that gave me great service for random personal Internet browsing and video watching. It died for good so I finally replaced it and this HP has a 1TB Hard drive so plenty of space to store movie and video files and has all the features I need for travel and personal Internet browsing to keep personal items OFF my work laptop and stay in good graces with my employer. ** The only down side is the WiFi is only a 2.4 GHZ radio so is not an 802.11 AC so it won't do Gigabit Internet WiFi which I have availability for at work. However it is definitely adequate for hotel and home browsing!

Bought this for my mom. Didn’t need anything elaborate. But still wanted more than what is offered as entry level. For a bit more you can get this laptop with better specs than what is sold cheaper. You get what you pay for. I consider this to be an “entry level” laptop but still able to use for most typical purposes

Absolutely LOVE this laptop. I needed it for my business. My old laptop was very outdated. The touch screen is the very best in technology. Very easy to use and get started. Linked it to my phone so that all my contacts and emails go directly to the laptop. Not too heavy. Great for doing invoices and the graphics are great. I highly recommend this product
