I bought this laptop as a birthday present for My brother, he was having lots of trouble with his old desktop computer but would not spend the money on a replacement, this had the specs. he needed for what he was doing so I pulled the trigger for him, so far he is happy with it, he is still adjusting from windows 8 to windows 10

Setup was easy, and the laptop performs very nicely.

This is my first laptop and so far it is very user friendly. Going from a desktop with Vista, I thought I might have a hard time adjusting to Windows 10 but not at all. Love the touch screen as well. Battery lasts about 3 hours, not sure if that is good or bad but it suits my purposes fine. Would definitely recommend it.

Good laptop for the money! Easy to use and set up.

I was looking for a light laptop with a newer generation processor and decent memory. This one is perfect for what I needed. Only complaint was that setting it up took longer than a reasonable person would like thanks to the literal GBs of bloatware garbage pre-installed.

After having a hand me down laptop from a son, this was my first new laptop. Very easy set up. I love it so far and needed to go back to Best Buy for the perfect laptop case. Not easy to find a case for a larger laptop screen (15.6 is big I guess by today’s standards) but Best Buy had the perfect one for that too!

I needed a laptop for basic email, web searches, news etc. But also for simpler excel type spreadsheets and word documents. This laptop fits my needs at an affordable price and can be replaced in the future when future new technology warrants it at a reasonable price.

I bought this computer for my brother and it was delivered to his house. He is a very busy doctor and I was concerned that he wouldn't have the time or inclination to do the necessary setup. He ran into a little roadblock, which was quickly solved with a call to Best Buy who helped him complete the process.

This is my second HP laptop. I loved the first one, and this new one is even better. I am a casual user. I use the computer to keep track of personal financial information and to stay in touch with friends. Ease of use and reliability are most important to me. This laptop fulfills those needs completely.

This is my second time purchasing this laptop. Actually, i purchased one for my Dad so that makes 3! It has a huge screen without being too heavy or bulky. It has plenty of space for downloading the extra browsers for online classes. I love this laptop!

I originally purchased this computer for my oldest so that he could complete his homework but ended up buying a second one a month later for his brother. This is a great little touchscreen laptop for its price. I would not, however, recommend it for gaming as you can see the frames sometimes move slow.

This was an excellent value. I like the touch screen and Win10 OS. Completely meets my needs for small business. I should not that there is no VGA connection, so it may not be compatible with older monitors, but I got around it using a Targus docking station.

Battery is now only lasting two hours. In the beginning it was lasting 3.5 hours using nothing but youtube and playing videos. Now it does the two hours just looking up emails and doing web searches for information.

This purchase was to replace our nonworking laptop. So far it has proven to be a reliable laptop with a more than sufficient battery life between charges. Hopefully the rest of the life of the laptop will be as positive as the first couple of months.

Good speed on processing. Easy to set up. Great Price! I have bought more expensive computers but for the money this one takes the prize. The only thing I miss is the light up keyboard.

I can’t say enough good things about this computer. It was a great buy and does everything I need to it to! Comes with a free trial of Microsoft Office and a 6 month trial of Trend Micro Internet Security and it’s very inexpensive to renew, would recommend and would buy again.

Best laptop hands down for the price. I duel boot xubuntu on these laptops and the only issue I’ve ever had is getting the WiFi up and running on the Linux end, but that is now easily solved - however you do have to reconfigure the WiFi every time there is a new kernel.

good for browsing, streaming, doc creation, small apps etc. This is not a serious developer laptop. it has got touch screen so my 3 year old can manage youtube on it without my help. mind it the screen is not 1080p (just over 720p)

For the price, it's a machine that can't be beat. Great look and crisp screen, allows for great Netflix streaming. Since it's an i3 processor, it can drag a bit, but some slight changes of some settings took care of that.

I needed a computer to do various school projects and it worked out great!! It has the memory I need and is able to have several projects going at once without slowing down. I really love my computer and highly recommend it!
