I purchased the laptop about 2 weeks ago and just love the features. It is a great computer for the price.

I bought this for my Mom who liked Win 7 , and didn’t want a bulky computer. She loves this comp.and so do I. It’s fast , light weight and has a good pic quality.

Noticeably faster than my last (Core i3) HP laptop, yet still with all the same random hiccups and inexplicable mysteries...so I feel right at home. 95% perfect!

After doing some research, I went in person to take a look at my options. This laptop is a great value and I have found it easy to set up. It meets all my needs.

The key imprints should be better highlighted. It's difficult seeing the key that you are locking for.

This laptop works great for social media and emails. Just what Granny needed to keep up with the kids

Bought this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift so he can get set up for work. Has a ton of things to offer already loaded on it and very happy with the product!

This was the best deal running at the moment and when paired with a good SSD this is a great laptop. A bit tough to open but once you watch the right video is a snap.

bought up two of these and they have worked like a champ. browsing, running Office, etc works great.

The features were what we were looking for at a great price! A few glitches, but easy to work around.

It's a great laptop, nothing fancy, excellent for office and some light gaming too.

This HP did not disappoint us in its capabilities. My entering freshman did not have any issues.

Have had an HP computer previously and also at my workplace - find them reliable and user friendly.

This laptop runs a little slower than I expected, and I didn’t even load much software on it yet...

My nephew knows about technology and obviously knew our limited knowledge about computers and picked this laptop for us. Easy to use and it was right for us.

good system for email and surfing. much better than the equivalent dell system i had. good battery life.

I went in the store looking to buy an Acer but the Manager showed me the benefits of buying the HP. It handles my daughters college work load easily . Runs smooth

As this purchase is only my second time selecting a computer from Hewlett-Packard. What a tremendous difference in customer service relations. The tech support staff were abrasive and seemed to have far less knowledge about the product than I did. I ended up doing more problem solving than the support staff person in resolving my computer issue. TERRIBLE

Case feels extremely cheap and flimsy. It’s plastic and not even durable plastic. If dropped surely it would self destruct. Hardware ran extremely show for the processor it claims to have. I’m unsure if a hardware virus caused the problem. I returned it with some grief from the store which in the future will make me rethink a Best Buy purchase.
