Do not buy this! After two weeks it stopped working. Major software problem. Neither Best Buy nor HP will do anthing about it.

Like the added memory and speed but wish keyboard lite up other than that I am very satisfied.

This works great for searching the web, watching Netflix, or using Office for your many needs.

I would Recommend everyone buy this one! It has done wonders for me with work & personal use!!

Bought this for our daughter who is working on her typing skills perfect for elementary school

It's an ok laptop for kids. I find it slow and speakers are not great.

The Tv was easy to assemble, hook up, set, great picture, easy to operate, Very User Friendly

Looking at this laptop spec-wise, it seemed like a good decision, but it wasn't until I bought it and brought it home did I realize my mistake. This laptop was a really good illustration of the differences in speed between HDD and SSD. Since this laptop is HDD, it tends to take a lot longer to open up programs, install items, and access documents. This is a huge drawback. Yes it's nice it has a lot of Hard disk space, and ram so internet surfing is quick. But it doesn't help if it takes several minutes to turn on, and more than 30 seconds to open up the internet. Ended up factory resetting it (which took over 4 hours) and then returning it for a SSD Lenovo, which I am much happier with.

This is my 3rd HP computer since the 1990's. I had a problem making a system recovery file. ( HP ended up sending me one). I had a problem with updates. The HP tech had to fix it. Thank goodness for their warranty and their good customer support.

I love the HP brand laptop. My last laptop was a HP. I am excited to use Windows 10 version.
