Computer has many positive attributes, but battery stopped taking a charge after less than 3 years of use.

Laptop is not user friendly. Right now I am having connectivity issues with it. I am hopeful with the assistance of the Geek Squad all issues will be resolved.

No lights on key board other than the tiny light on caps lock key. Freezes everyonce in a while but give it time to catch up. Over all does what I need it to.

The laptop is ok but struggled before I install the 16 drivers. Then it had trouble updating windows. Never could get it to update to the latest update.

Lightweight, decent laptop. It's going to give you amazing graphics but for every day basic use and travel, it does the job and does it well.

The laptop is really slow and crashes sometimes. But other whys it's good.

Unfortunately I bought this at the end of a school semester and did not start using it until about 4wks later. By that time I was already outside of the return policy and, I don't know why since I usually do, but I did not buy the protection plan on this unit. Every time I try to use this computer it is so slow to do anything that it does not work. When I've brought this computer into the store they tell me that they can see nothing wrong with it but that I need to let the computer finish the updates. I've tried to do the updates but again, the computer is so slow that it cannot even finish the updates that MIGHT make it better. My MSI laptop from 2010 with the 1st gen intel core i5 processor and half the storage works better than this computer and all it has been is money down the drain.

To slow, CD tray was jam & took some time to open & it froze twice! After that it went back to the store, no hassle. Very good service!

Ok for my needs I would have preferred larger screen with tabs and letters a different color and raised slighter. Wish keyboard lit up

Have had this computer for 4 weeks and it has required frequent interventions! I thought we would have to return it, but after multiple reboots and assistance from my engineer son, we have it running most of the time.... Every time I add any new software, it sends it into a tailspin and requires several resets. I have learned to approach it with severe caution. Not my favorite computer for sure, but will keep it for now.

My poker-stars AP wont update. The geek squad helped me at the orientation, but the problem is back again. Other than that it works great.

I purchased this laptop for my wife. She wanted something small enough to take to work. This computer was just right and not too heavy.

I bought for my husband, his engineer review was it was much too slow. That Windows slowed it down to the point of frustration.

This is a good laptop for the price. The start up time is slower than I would like and the battery life is not that great.

the machine is kind funy, and cheap///but hey, it was cheap. the speed and ability of the actual machine are impressive...

I had this computer 4 months. I have had nothing but issues the entire time I've had it. I had to send to HP to get fixed

Didn’t realize the on and off switch wasn’t lit also hard to turn on and off. I am not that experienced with a lap top.

It was my first time with an AMD processor. After reading the reviews, I thought the performance of this AMD provessor would be comparable to a 7th gen i5. I was mistaken. The laptop becomes non responsive even right out of the box. The RAM cannot perform to its full potential of 2100MHz because the motherboard interface doesn't support speed over 1866MHz. This should have been advertised before.

This notebook suits my needs especially since it has a cd/dvd drive and allows my grandchildren to use this with their cd's.

After removing the "bloatware" this is a decent machine. Great for average users.
