Not what I thought it would be!

Very inferior to my Toshiba satellite model I had! Considering returning if these issues can not be fixed by the Geek squad.

Hp laptop

Horrible extremely Slow HP Laptop

I decided to take a look when logging into Windows 10 on this brand new laptop it took over 5 minutes. The only profile on the machine is my wifes account. Everything took way to long to launch. I honestly cant believe it is an i5 processor on this HP. RETURNED
