I had to return this laptop because the display colors were “off.” Spent over an hour with Geek Squad trying to fix it, but they couldn’t. I have to maintain a website and the colors were so “off” that it wouldn’t be possible, so I had to buy a different brand.

Good computer for my granddaughter for college essays.

The hard drive crashed shortly after purchase. Because it was over a couple of weeks I was not able to return this item to Best Buy for a refund. I had to arrange with HP to send this computer back to them through the geek squad in order to have a new hard drive placed. The computer has never worked well the hand quivers when you're trying to click on something and when you're checking email an envelope stays on the screen that you can't get rid of. I wished I would have spent a little bit more and got a quality product because this has got to be one of the poorest laptops I've ever encountered. Very disappointed in the service with Best Buy and HP

Second computer of same model. Bad Hard Drive. I am going to purchase another model.

I bought this for work, it lasted a couple of weeks and froze. Now still using my old slow reliable.

Problems began as I was loading software. Got MS Office installed and went to install security and that's when I started having problems with the keyboard. Make a long story short, the keyboard was malfunctioning to the point where I could only use the keyboard onscreen. Definitely not worth the money. I returned it.

This laptop took way too long to start up. I'm talking 20 minutes or more. I would get to my sign in screen, sign in, then the screen would go black and stay that way for 20 or more minutes before getting to the desktop. When I returned the laptop, I was told this is a common problem.

Computer take too long to start up and I have trouble with connection is very weak I can't even load facebook page and also the fan is very loud and annoying It keeps blowing out very hot air. not worth the price, dell runs faster with the i3 intel.

I bought it to replace my old 11yr old HP. My old HP is faster than the new one. This one is core i5 7th gen. Old one is i3, I don't get it. Maybe it's me. I guess I'll just keep on playing with it before I condemn it.

have had issues since buying product. Very slow and constantly freezes. Have only installed two programs and it goes to black. Its been reset multiple times and still runs into the same issues.

I've had this laptop for 2 years and EVERY TIME it does an update, the laptop crashes or starts to work as slow as Molasses. Nothing opens and if it does it takes an hour to open a page.

I owned the laptop for two weeks and only used 5 times. Within that time period the screen blacked out on me twice and shut down my computer. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and has he was running a diagnostic test, it shut down on him as well. Since it was past the return time I ended up receiving an in store credit and upgraded to a better laptop. I would not recommend purchasing this item, plus it was made of cheap plastic and light weight. The feel of the item was just cheap in general.
