I have owned this laptop since 2018 and am very happy with it. I did add a WD blue 500GB Internal SSD SATA in 2019 to speed it up, but overall it has been a great computer. I use it for personal use and some business items. It has sent plenty of storage in the basic unit. I would highly recommend sticking with HP.

Crashes doesn’t update viruses malware bought with a all in one desktop from HP and had problems almost from day 1 they do not honor their 1 year warranty or help to fix any problems!!

Have been very satisfied with previous HP laptops but just didn't feel the satisfaction with this laptop as soon as I started using it. Gave it a few days but finally decided to return it. Also felt the case covering had a rough and cheap look.

HP-15.6 Touch Screen Laptop Intel Core 15 crashed one week out of warranty. After running diagnostics, etc., called HP. First person was very helpful and said they could waive the $59 service fee. The tech would not waive fee so spoke with the supervisor was very rude. This is one of two computers and was not used that much. Because of the short life span and lack of customer service, this will probably be my last HP purchase.

1st one the hard drive went in 20 days. Second one had a malfunction updating and had to be returned. Thankful Best Buy took it back, I ended up buying a Dell for a little more money.

the laptop works fine. it does what it needs to do and nothing more. it was for my wife and she is very happy with it. i personally would have bought something with more power.

The computer came with a factory defect from HP like I said earlier they don't know how to fix it yet prevents the computer from using Windows 10 after about 2 months you shouldn't be selling this computer we should acquire to HP why they didn't tell you this

Three things we did not like about this item. 1. The hard drive runs constantly and you can hear a clicking noise like the old floppy drive desktop that we played Oregon Trail on in the 1990s. 2. Cheap plastic constructions. 3. Computer crashed twice when we unplugged the power chord with a full battery. Returned and purchased a Dell Inspiron with solid state drive and very happy with that so far.

The laptop was fine but in less than 9 months the hard drive failed...replacing a HD on a laptop is very expensive....not what we were expecting from an HP product

This laptop was ok for the first 6 months or so, maybe. My 11 yr old son used it for school and played songs on youtube. For as little as he used it, it became very slow. Had way too many issues with it. Freezes often with anti virus on it. Didnt last more then a year. Will be going with imac soon.

Slow and Overheat fast! Plus the keyboard is awkward! not to mention the hard drive dead! its a horrible laptop! never again HP!

Purchased as a laptop to do web surfing/ shopping. Some word processing. Nothing too strenuous, and it still takes ages to open any applications.

Purchased for my college student son, after waiting a week on delivery excitement turned to disappointment, pc would start up in 10 mins or windows would not come on, returned.

I have had nothing but problems. Initially I thought it was my internet because of how long this laptop took to get powered up and running. I bought this at Christmas only 7 months old, and the screen is now completely black and I can't get it to turn on. I only use it recreationally and not every day, I should have returned this immediately.

The HP Support Assistant software that you use to update this laptop, is worse than useless, pointing you to pages that are still stuck on Windows 8, the updates freeze the trackpad, render the HP Officejet Pro unusable.

Was told not a good product probably should have heeded advice. Why they installed word 2016 when this computer purchased end of 2017?

Returned laptop, because it continued to lockup on an intermittent basis. The laptop was also slow, so I returned it, instead of exchanging and bought a dell, with a faster processor.

It would not easily connect with my other items that I had. It finally just shut down. not what I had hoped for at all.

It was very slow to start. Laptop seems cheaply made.

This computer is just ok. It’s actually slower than my last computer. I wish I had returned it.
