Best Buy has displayed wrong images on their website. As per laptop images shown in the gallery, product delivered was not with (jet black glossy finish) ,instead it was grey and dull finish. I accepted this product because there was not much time left with me since i wanted to gift this to my friend. I insist go visit shop before buying this laptop and you will think twice before purchase.

Purchased w/o box. Bad idea. Device malfunction after a week. Was supposed to be in perfect working order. Luckily I had not yet left for assignment and was still at home. Returned item...we'll see how the replacement does...has me worried, though!

I had it for about 2 week, it worked ok, but it was very slow during start up. End up retuning the laptop.

Constant issues with updating that should NOT be encountering with new laptop! Very slow startup.

I've been really surprised by this machine. In the past I've had good experiences with HP but this one barely made it a year. It was purchased in October of 17 and it's now March 19. The keyboard died two weeks ago and today the power cord started to smoke where it plugs into the laptop. Looks like i'm buying a new laptop.

This thing is a brick. Constant driver issues. Hardware failing. Worst PC purchase I've ever made. I bought this for my younger sister as a graduation present. She calls me every week complaining that it wont load windows or is just frozen. So unhappy!

It’s lightweight, like the touch screen. The downfall it that it’s SLOW

This was supposed to have AC wireless, after trying for hours to get the AC to work finally managed to get ahold of HP who said that although some of the models have AC this one does not. What good is a 2018 laptop that does not have AC which is 2 years old? Returned the product and bought a Dell

I already reviewed this product, however it did not show as "verified purchaser". Again, slow, overpriced, and better options/brands available. Do not simply be reliant on brand recognition as I was fooled into trusting the HP brand.

It is a basic laptop. Good if you need for just surfing internet.

Lasted less than 8 months before you could not log on. Took to computer repair company and repaired. 2 months later, the screen is entirely black.

This was an awful purchase the computer was only a year old and i had to replace the hard drive twice and the hp manufacturer only warrantys there work for 60 days Never ever would i buy hp again

Tablet work perfectly for a few months but then after that the Bluetooth keyboard no longer was working so it was not able to charge my tablet anymore. It was actually a nice tablet unfortunately it sucks now since I am not able to use it because it’s not charging.

Super slow. Might bring it back. I am not happy with it

Computer worked well for first week and now it freezes up all the time and extremely slow.

This unit had some bad faults & cause the unit to lock up & wouldn't let you be able to use it. This is my first purchase that I had a problem with. So I had to return it in just 2 weeks!

I bought an open box laptop, it works ok those moments, thenI leave the country and realize the Charger was not the correct. I can t not use it until I get in my country the correct one. Recommend to check every divice.

I have had this computer for less than a year and it doesn't work. It will not open a page. It has not been fast at any point in time. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Talk to the The people in the laptop section tell me it was a goodbye had nothing but problems with it locked up on me I couldn’t reboot it had to bring it back keyboard won’t even work returned it that day!!!!

Computer freezes and I will be contacting Hewlett Packard as well as Best Buy
