We did have a problem with Windows software activation which was irritating to say the least. When the computer was packed the software license was never activated as a bought product when it shipped. It wasted two hours of hour time contacting Microsoft explaining the situation so we could get it licensed. Microsoft was nice and activated it so very happy with them not so much with Best Buy.

Good for my Kid

We reviewed a lot of different laptops and tried to find one that was moderately priced, but had enough to play games as well as do the homework needed. This computer met all those factors and we got it on sale. It has been really good. It is not the most powerful computer, but for word processing, internet browsing, and playing Minecraft, it works perfectly. I did have to run a defrag on it when I got it because it was 14% disorganized when I checked. It would be nice if it had an SSD, but for the price it's not a big deal.
